Original Post by cowcow44: actually any "ranged raised" and grass fed animals such as chicken and cows, even buffalo and yack are really good sources of protein that are not processed. read the package lable (if there is one) and see if any other chemicals were added just to make sure its just "meat" i have been eating ranged raised, grass fed ground buffalo. no steriods, msg, or hormones added. very nice! fish is also a good source of protein if you don't freak over what chemicals were in the water that it was caught in. i personaly don't eat enough fish to worry all that much. |

all tofu and soy products are processed but they can be considered good meat alternatives for vegans. im trying to stay away from most soy products because of how overly processed they are; but, if i have to choose between a steriod and hormone inhanced american slab of meat and a "smartdog", you can count on me to grab the smart dog.

i loose my appetite when i drink; but i would get some sugar free gum to chew, pop two peices in your mouth till the gum seems to satisfy your cravings. if that isn't enough i read someone mentioned eating veggies with some low cal sauce. i like to mix mustard/ketchup/ hotsauce/ honey-mustard together, any which way. baby carrots rock!!! |

i like a nice firm body to hold on to. im quite fit and it shakes me up a bit when i grab onto a flabby guy. makes me feel kinda masculine if im toner than my man. but... for some reason im digging this guy who is "fluffy". we can all say what we "like" but when it comes down to it we never really know. |

here is a link to a deffinition of asexual. the OP had the right idea. just because she is feeling asexual due to an eating disorder does not mean she isn't really asexual. whatever the reason, she is technically asexual. |

| Weight Loss | You could lose weight if you really wanted to. | Apr 24 2009 12:28 (UTC) |

you have to always think of it from the outside persons view too. when someone hears a problem they want to throw out a solution or supply some sort of motivation. most people do not have proper knowledge on the weight loss subject so it leaves a lot of people in an awkward situation when one brings up how and where they want to loose weight. peoples ignorance often causes inconsiderate sounding things to spew out of their mouth. but i understand your frustration also. i have an issue with kashi cereal and my mom just tells me to just "use some self control" like it is that easy with it staring me in the face each time i come downstairs for breakfast. i just dont eat it at all. i would indulge a little bit if there wasn't enough kashi cereal to feed an army (hence enough for a giant binge episode that could lead to a purge) :P |
