no offense jfizz, but that isn't really a "binge" as you're calling it. your body was craving certain foods and you ate them, big whoop.

a binge is uncontrolled eating, detatched from emotion with then inability to stop.

Health & Support Celiac disease? Oct 23 2008
21:22 (UTC)
4

I also have celiac, along with a dairy intolerance and IBS. I found out officially (i'd always suspected something of this sort) about a month or so ago. My symptoms were: horrible bowel movements, massive bloating, no period, and my intolerance to dairy worsened.

I was told by my doctor that a lot of women with celiac have their periods stop though, so i'm not too sure.

I havent figured out completely how to tame my celiac disease, but i hope i was of some help!

Foods i want to start eating alot healthier, can you guys help? Oct 12 2008
23:40 (UTC)

Okay for the most part its fine, but try to mix up the food every once and awhile or you'll get bored and binge

make sure the tuna is in oil, and if you like soymilk try unsweetened almond breeze ( 40 cals a cup!)

sf hot chocolate: personally knowing that its sugar-free makes me drink more, maybe buy fat-free and save it for a treat.

deli-meats are okay, but i know you're not supposed to have them on a daily basis, maybe have some every other day and then switch it up with pb& banana?

hope i helped some

Fitness thigh size - exercise effects? Oct 10 2008
19:21 (UTC)

I'm a long distance runner :)

i average anywhere from 4-6 miles a day, and the only way its effected my thighs is my SHRINKING them.

Run and skate as much as you please, just remember to stretch, it keeps your muscles from getting bulky.

I completely agree with guys not liking skin and bones. two years ago i was a solid 120-ish a 5'3 (if i was lucky), i had so many guys talking to me. once i hit below 105, they stopped. and now when i'm maintaining about 104 at 5'4'', guys think its gross.

this one guy i like, told me (nicely) that the fact that i can see my bones under my shirt is gross. and i have to agree. he isnt attracted to me physically, YET. ;)
