The goal for the program is to be able to run 5k, losing weight can be a side effect, but it isn't always the case.

While I usally don't talk about my view on this subject, I will this time.

I believe that if there is DNA evidence that someone did kill someone, that it is proven that they killed the person, then yes they should get the death penalty. Do not pass go, do not collect unlimited appeals, you are done.

I do disagree with lethal injection because it doesn't always work the way it is suppose to. A bullet doesn't cost that much and always does the trick.

 

And no I am not from Texas.

That happened to me for the first week, it was all water weight. It happens, as julia said the hard part is sticking with it when the numbers don't move. I keep reminding myself that.

Wow, I am right back where I was two weeks ago, still off track but at least it is going in the right direction. Well, today is the official day that I am starting to count calories. I kept telling myself I could do it all with exercise well, lets see how next week compares to this week.

I agree with muttlover. Once you get where you want to go you need a new goal, and it doesn't have to be weight related. My goal isn't to be thin, its to be heathy. My grandfather had a heart attack last year and it was bad. Heart disease runs in my family along with diabetes. Thankfully, so far everything for me is ok. I get my blood pressure checked every six months plus, I am trying to lower my weight since it is such a big factor. I also am trying to eat healthy.


After I lose the weight I want I have no idea what I am going to focus on but it will be something else to improve my life. I try to focus ont hings that make me happy and not the negative. When I look in the mirror I try to think hey I am on my way, instead of I still look like ****.

You just need to focus on being healthy. It doesn't matter if you are a six 2 or 10 just be happy and healthy, and don't think about the negative.

I have the same thing happen to me. Right after I work out I go rinse my face off, it seems to help the problem.
