1700? I barely can eat 1450. This is what I eat.

3/4 Lucky charms w/ half cup milk for breakfast - 150

Tangerine, Cheese and Crackers and Beef Jerkey - About 215

Chili w/ mixed veggies - 200

Beef jerkey - 200

100 cal pack, cheese and crackers, and tangerine - 215

Lucky charms and fat free milk again - 150

Then dinner which is something healthy and about 200-400 calories.

Which is between 1330-1530. I try to keep the difference between my burn meter and calories max 1000. It usually is like 990. Maybe I should eat more? I am scared to gain wait since I gained 1.8 pounds :[

LOL. Its these love handles which need to go thats basically my only worry, I like thick thighs and my stomach is basically okay, I mean it could be tighter but thats what doing abs are for right? So yeah I am trying to lose them love handles which come of last I guess.

So I am trying to keep my difference between my burn meter less than 1000. I am putting it on sedentary and then adding, what I do other than sitting like working out, or working at school and cleaning. IDK. I dont get the activity log.

I weighed myself today 131.8 very disappointing, last week was 129. I started 133.0

What do some of you do to lose the pounds?

How many reps and sets of which muscles and what do you do for cardio, for how long?

Height - 5'5"

Pants - Size 4 (American Eagle)

Weight - 130. 

 

I am looking to go back down to 120 though and still would be a size 4.

I am in with you guys, dang you eat alot!

 

I have been eating 1400 calories, for the past week and my burn meter usually says 2400 or something like that. I am now going to try 1600, and see what that does. I havent lost any weight yet thats why. I do exercise. Its confusing. We'll see. Hopefully I dont gain weight!

I also question the burn meter!

Oh okay so I just figured it out.

I should be eating 1742 calories a day.

I just dont really get the burn meter? I mean like I add everything like sitting, shop work, cleaning the house, and taking a shower ALL that so I mean is the burn meter accurate?

I just thought I would have seen a pound at least, they say if you work out and eat healthy then you should drop ATLEAST  a pound a week if you eat 500 less calories than what you should and burn 500 calories exercising. Thats why I was wondering. I do know it takes time.

Aidy - Well thats how I sounded about 2 weeks ago. Just remember its like the best feeling after you work out :]

 

Jredig - Yeah I looked at your diet sounds about like mine, but I dont count the protein. I do, do weights though :]

How much calories do you think I should intake for being 17. 130pounds. 5'5" I exercise about 5-6 days for an hour. I am about lightly/moderately active. I am thinking 1600 calories? IDK. I am so confused with this I just dont want to gain weight, or be in starvation mode, or slow my metabolism down. UGH.

OKAY.

 

So I just went to this link that the lady gave me for kids;teens to find out. It says energy requirements and tells me that if I am doing nothing 1770, low activity (less than one hour) is 2110. moderate activity (about an hour a day) is 2430. and very active for more than 1 hour a day is 2960.

I am 17. 130. 65 inches.

I aint sure if it is saying thats how many calories I need to eat a day.

I seriously am starting to hate this because I really dont want to starve myself, and I dont want to over eat. I am only eating around 1400 calories a day! I usually work out everyday too, jog/walk for an hour, and then every other day I do weight training. PLUS. I do auto body work at school here monday-friday from 7am-4:15 somedays i am in class all day but sometimes I am in the shop working, fixing cars! SOOOOOOO YEAH!

Help me :[

 

I dont know how much to eat :[ 

I am 5'5, 130. 17.

I do weight lifting, three days a week and try to run/walk atleast 4-5 times a week. I also go to school and I am hands on, class room 2 days a week and then 3 days in the shop I do auto body. On the weekends I usually sit around besides going out for the workout. So I go back between sedentary and lightly active. I usually eat about 1400 calories a day, more or less. Like for instants right now 8:30 pm also plan to eat one more thing before bed my

Calories are 1221 

Burn meter is 2842

Activity log is 2249

 

My BMR = 1447

 

I add everything in to my activitly log, working in the shop at school, sitting in class, riding in the car, my jogging, my walking, my weight lifting and my grooming.

 

So how many calories should I eat to drop the pounds? I want to be 120.

Before I add my exercise. Usually my burn meter says like 2200, on my burn meter but in my activity log its like 1,800.

I dont know how much calories a day to eat either!

This is so frustrating.

I'm 5'5, 130 17yearsold.

It says to eat 1400.

My BMR =1447

CC says I burn 1900 a day.

SO HOW MANY CALORIES DO I EAT? ahhhhh.

somebody PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE help. no one has helped me yet :[ i want to be 120. oh and i try to either jog/walk every single day for minimum 2 miles and have done 7 miles. I also do weight training three days a week. I eat healthy too. I usually eat 1400 calories maybe 100 less or 100 more. once this week I ate 1600. I dont really see the scale moving yet I should have lost 2 pounds already!

OKAY! I am so confused this might be my problem! I am 5'5 130. I have been eating about 1400 calories per day more or less by 100. I really want to be 120 soo bad, and I think I may be losing inches but I didn't take measurements before I started this. I have been doing jogging/walking everyday, and every other day been doing a full muscle workout with 5 lbs. 

M-F I go to school for an auto body technician sometimes were in the class all day, and on weekends I dont really do anything but my workout. So on M-F I am lightly active, and on saturday and sundays and maybe a monday or tuesday i will be sedentary. SO sedentary says I burn 1700 a day and lightly active says 1900. The calorie target on here says to eat 1200 if i am sedentary, and lightly active says 1400. 

I went on the website to find out my BMR and it is 1446.1

So does that mean I should eat 1447 calories a day with working out, like everyday or whhhat? I am so confused! I want to be 120, I am wondering if I cant get the scale to budge because I do weight lifting three days a week. Oh and I eat very healthy usually. I MAYBE eat white potaotes or white rice like once a week. Lots of fruits, take fiber chewables, and I usually get a A or B or grading on here.

 

Am I doing anything wrong or shall I start seeing results soon? UGH!

Also I am 17 if that matters.

I want to join! I am kind of some what new to this. I am 130, and I fluctuate daily, between 129-133. I have never weighed this much in my life, and I cant get the scale to budge. I feel like maybe I have lost some inches from now my pants can fit better but the scale says different. I had a spring scale and it would say like 127, then I bought a digital and it said 134 I was soooo disappointed. Now I go by my digital scale because it is more accurate than my spring scale but it was sad.

 

I jog/walk everyday and do my weight lifting every other day. Eat pretty healthy too. Hopefully within 2 weeks I start seeing some changes in 2 weeks I hope my scale says 126!

 

I want to be 120!
