its just i lost 11 pounds. and no one has noticed, nothing i own fits better and the most change ive seen is .5 inch off my arms. thats it.

i went from 151 to 140. and for 2 weeks now i have been 140. id die to see that scale just say 139

ive been on it for about 4 weeks now, on phase one. your not supposed to go longer then 2 weeks but the NO carb thing is the ONLY diet that has ever worked for me.

eat lots of fiber, and you will be so sick of eggs by the end you could puke.

but its a good diet. i love it

hi sugar how are you today?!!

you gotta get back to the gym. i HATE going and i feel like it does nothing most of the time. but i always just feel better because i got off my fat butt and sweat a little.

your already down to 125 right? thats AMAZING try using more weights now rather then cardio so you can get nice and lean and toned

its so exciting to see the progress. because i really thought i wasnt losing that much weight but when i sat back and was like i started at 151.5 and now im down to 140. thats awesome!!

Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday. i would say i have border line obsession.

I always go to my friends party, and the past 4 years i have been really really chubby. this year id like to show up in my little sexy nurse costume(or what have you) and have everyone be like HEY LOOK AT KAITLYN!

hes so dumb, hes like you dont need to eat that many calories, just eat one meal a day and work out like crazy.

my boyfriends dad used to be a body builder and he told me always eat before you work out because eating speeds up your metabolism and working out speeds it up even more. so ive been eating now before. he sounds to me like he knows what hes talking about hehe

i mean i love eggs i really do, but whats the use of over easy eggs without toast? and theres only so many things you can put in an omelet without it being gross

oh i did pretty bad. i had chips and dip, pretzels, cheese and crackers and pepperoni, cheese burger, potatoes. a freezy pop, some cake, and some cookies.

i gained 2 pounds back just from this weekend

i have been taking it for a few weeks. it gives me stomach aches sometimes, but as far as discharge or leakage i have not had a problem. but i have been very very careful about my fat grams.

 

i will say its been almost 3 weeks though and i have not lost one pound.

im taking it to see if it still helps but so far nothing.

dont waste your money

id also like to add that i found it very easy, except the v8 juice in the morning. GROSS. and because i dont have time to cook eggs in the morning i was just pre boiling hard boiled eggs and taking 2 with me to work.

the first 2 weeks though do get a little hard trying to find variety in meals. its hard to have alot of variety when you can only have cretin foods. but its well worth it

 

and once you start introducing carbs back in it just gets better and better

oh hunny your boyfriend and my boyfriend should be bff.

its not that they are mean, or doing it on purpose.

but they just dont get it. my boyfriend is 6' and 163 pounds and he eats 8 cut pizzas in one sitting.

he actually takes slices of cheese cakes and puts them IN chocolate ice cream and its it.

while im munching on celery sticks.

 

but he dose the same thing, did you weigh your self today, should you be eating that? are you going to the gym? how long are you going for? what are you doing there? etc etc etc

 

they just dont get the emotional and physically issues we have with our weight. i guess some guys just are not as understanding as others. and like i said they dont do it on purpose they just dont get it

oh but be very careful with that fiber, you HAVE to drink at least 8 ounces of water or it could be very bad for you.

the only thing that ever helps me is drinking water and chewing gum.

or i got these soluble fiber pills that are a god send i swear. take one with a big glass of water and it expands in your stomach to make you feel full. and it helps you poo better haha! thats always a plus.

 

its called Glucomannan. just google it and you can order it i got 180 pills for like $10

How to Tone Flabby Underarms
  • Another great exercise that you can do by yourself at home would be push-ups. Every day for 15 minutes, do push ups that will go a long way in toning up your arms and triceps and get rid of the underarm flab in no time.
  • Take dumbbells of 8-10 pounds and exercise with them. If you don’t have dumbbells, take a one liter bottle filled with water and use it as weights. Stretch your hand and pick up weights till you feel the tricep muscles being pulled to the maximum limit. Do 3-4 reps of set of 10-15.
  • Rotate your arms clockwise and anticlockwise, feeling your shoulder blades move as you do this exercise. This will shape up your arms and the flab will be melted with increased time.

yes i know that, what im asking is if im following the calorie thing in relation to my exercising is riding a bike a good enough cardio work out, or would i need something like running, or the elliptical?

you are so incredibly helpful. seriously. the only thing i wont be able to do in the immediate future is the elliptical because gas pries are so high i cannot afford to go to the gym right now because my gym is pretty far away, but maybe ill sub my bike riding for that.
