Sorry I got in late but in the morning I was having problem login..Tanks everyone for the words of worry for going vegetarian one day..but when I do that I still get my protein but not thru meat like eggs cheese beans etc..

Well today I went for an hour on the walking jogging on the treadmil..I do mostly walking but did do 10 min of off and on jogging..its a start ..planning in the future to do 30 min walking and the other jogging..( but in the far future)

did my sit ups 60 push ups 60 tricep 60 squat 60 too it was hard but I must do it..ate with in calorie wise 1490 ..broke a sweat today..did my 12075 steps..

so all in all it was good i must say..

Tiegurl, thanks for the words of encouragement it meant alot..it helped get thru my day today  just for that today no binge cause i did yesterday ..

I rely alot on pedometer..its the first thing I put on after I put my clothes onand the last thing I take off before I go to sleep..

well enough said again thanks for the pick me up ..

On my list I ate healthy today went vegetarian today..did my exercise went for one hour and half broken into three sessions of 30 mins..did 30 sit up and 60 tricep pullup which was not easy but I did it..did my 14000 steps which is a liitle over 5 miles..and most important did not binge...

Hey Corina you know my hubby is the same in a way when he goes out and does his errans or takes the boys th karate I always tell him to not bring me nothing to eat not even diet food,but sure enough he brings me those icecreams and burger then he puts the puppy dog look then i feel guilty cause at least he was thinking of me right???Oh and to put it even worst hubby got my son doing the same thing and that whats break my heart to say no...

So today I had a little meeting and told them about my health how i want to be fit to be around and having fun with them participating instead of watching them have fun..I want to make memories so that they can remember me by like boy mom really know how to bowl...Well I leave you with this thought that whenever you want to vent out I am here to listen ...  Barbie

Good Morning everyone... Yesterday did not go too bad I did :

1. everytime I put something in my mouth was healthy during the day at night is when I am in trouble.. Had a chocolate kissFrown

2.did my exercise 30 min plus toning

3.reached to 10120 on the steps

4.drank water like crazy 10 glasses its hot here..

5. did binge in the evening...FrownFrown

 today will use the same list but passing everything with a smile hopefully..

Hi there ...this is my first time here so bare with me that I posted so late in the afternoon . I needed something like this to write my goals that way I push myself to acheive it..before it did not work all by myself tried and hard but it did not go well .  So I frimly saying to all of you out there listen these are my goals...

1.  eat healthy everytime I put something in my mouth.

2. exercise at least 30 min

3. to reach 10000 steps before the day is over.

4. drink water at least 6 glasses today.

5. night time no binging.

Hi there girl glad to help you in anyway I can..Laughing I know the feeling that you do good a couple of days then back to old habits..but I guess the good thing that we acknowlege it and get back in the barn wagon..I call it that I get bored and fall off but maybe this time if I fall off there will be somebody to pick me up..MOTIVATION is what I need and lots of it so if you feel the same I'm here for you give me a holler and will be there.. till next time Barbie

Hi I am new and am 42 yrs old ..Mother of two boys..Woking too eight hours a day and in a kitchen which is not easy being on diet..Want to lose 50 pounds..glad to be in this gang if you'll have me...Barbie

My greatest motivators right now is my sons..They keep asking me to play with them outside in our backyard,but I simply say that I love watching them play.To tell you all the truth no I wish I can stop being on the side line watching everyone have fun I want to have fun with them..In order to do this I must be good to myself and eat healthy and get in some kind of shape.. soon I will jion them..
