It's my TOM too and I forgot to weigh myself this morning, but I figure that will just make the next weigh in that much more signifigant...my glass is half full theory!

Shoot I missed a weigh in....I guess having a 7 week old gives me mommy brain, If I don't put it in my blackberry, I don't remember it so I will note it for the 28th. Since I've officially been given the go ahead at my 6 week pp appointment, I am really buckling down. I'm carefully watching my calories (I'm not BF), I plan to join the gym week after next when I go back to work part time....My MIL will watch the baby for a couple of hours each morning, the gym is right up the street from her house....far from mine but convenient none the less....I'll just have to work out at home on the weekends. I'm actually excited about it....can't wait to get my bikini body of last summer back. See you girls in a week!

I know I'm really late, but I'd love to join your challenge. I'm 3 weeks post partum today so I can't work out too hard yet, but it's time to start getting back on track. I gained 48lbs with my pregnancy but thankfully have lost 32lbs of it already. I started on CC last year and was doing very well up until I got pregnant so I'm ready to start moving in the right direction again.

Honestly who cares if you want a damn french fry every now and then have one...if you deny yourself you'll just want it more. Just count the calories and move on. Why the big debate? It's not like we're going to eat them every day and who is going to deny themselves the occasional treat. For some it's chocolate for others it's a french fry. Personally I ordered my kid a Happy Meal the other day and the fries smelled so good I had to have one and ya know what it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be so I didn't have any more....Give me chocolate cake anyday!!

Well, another pound gone, but I am still struggling, at least the scale is moving in the right direction. I sure hope I at least get into the 180's....I'm so close I can "taste" it, but I've been here for awhile!!

I have lost 22lbs and tons of inches but my legs have not changed at all in size just less fat more muscle. I do hate my thighs though. I work out 6 days a week. 3 days cardio and 3 days weights, pushups, squats and lunges about 45 minutes a day.

5'5" 191lbs

Thighs: 23 and calfs: 14

    My behind has undergone an amazing transformation since I began p90, it's all the squats and lunges. I always had a flat butt and unfortunately some rather unattractive cellulite, but now my behind is, although not even close to perfect yet, higher and rounder and has far less cellulite than it used to.

    Ah, finally a darn loss. I'm not jumping for joy yet though, it's been like this before, but I hope like heck that I have busted through my plateau. I probably won't make my goal of 177, but hopefully I can get down into the 180's.

    I have hit a darn plateau and I have been hovering around this weight for awhile now. AAAAHHHHH!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'm eating about 1600 calories a day and working out hard 6 days a week (3 days cardio, 3 days weight training) about 40 minutes a day. Oh well, I see a differance, and I'm still losing inches mostly around my waist so this too shall pass!! Just not too good for this weight loss challenge.

    Most of the food mentioned sounds so (Ugh!!) Healthy! My day starts at 3:30am and I get home around 4pm.

    Breakfast at home which is usually 2 cups of coffee and 2 cereal bars for a total of 205cal

    7am: Small apple (55cal)

    9:30-10am: fat free yogurt (100cal)

    12am: a serving of ranch rice cakes (70cal)

    1pm: 1/2 pita w/ .5 ounce sara lee buffalo chicken  and a little lettuce and tomato (115cal) and 1 whole can of chicken noodle soup (150cal)

    I pretty much eat the same thing every single day!!

    Nothing, another week of nothing...I guess at least it's not a gain. I don't get it though. I work out 6 days a week (hard) and I definately don't eat too much! I am upping my calorie intake and will see how that goes, it's the only thing I can think of.

    I'm so ticked off...I didn't change anything, well maybe to much salt, but pickles are only 5 calories!! That's why I didn't pick an outrageous goal...guess I'll keep slogging along, and give up the pickles!

    My left thigh is a half an inch bigger than my right which I didn't know, but my left breast is about a half to a full cup size differant than the right, that  I did know, can't help but know...talk about lopsided. It's all good though, when I get to my ideal weight, I am going to have them done anyway, as a little gift to myself!

    I save calories specifically for a night time snack, I usually have a few left that I need to finish up anyway, and I go for WW ice cream or 100 calorie bag of popcorn and a diet pop (I only drink 1 diet pop a day). Then I brush my teeth and go to bed. Works for me!

    I spend between $150-$200 a week for a family of 3.5 (fiance's daughter Friday-Monday) and a small dog. It varies depending on what additional household products we need like health and beauty or cleaning supplies. Things are becoming very expensive, and I'm not frugal when it comes to certain things.
