I think its more to do with the condition of your hair than the length. Seeing people with straggly/frizzy/unclean long hair is icky because it looks a little like they don't care about themselves, which is never attractive. Long hair actually takes quite a lot of care, because its so old and more fragile, but if you're prepared to invest the time I'd say go for it. I'm sure you'd look very pretty |

Bring a good book to work. It might be useful to bring some sort of craft or art project to work with, you could start writing even, just creating something tends to help keep my my mind off food. Oh, and drink tons of tea and water and chew gum. Hope that helps :) |

Soup is a great way to get in lots of small meals, since its usually so low cal. Just adds pulses or small pasta shapes for a more filling meal. Vegetables grilled on kebabs after marinading-tasty and a little more aesthetic than a plate of veggies. Stir fries! These are my savior, just make sure to measure out the oil you use. You can add ginger, garlic , soy sauce etc for flavour, who needs meat? |

| I don't know if anyone's said this, I haven't read all the posts, but I find the best way to fight sugar addiction is to cut it out of your diet completely. When you do this, you'll probably find that your sugar cravings pretty much disappear. Avoiding high GI foods like white bread and potato helps a lot as well. Hope that might help. | |||

If you're a healthy weight, maybe you could try some toning? Crunches, some light weights etc. , otherwise, perhaps your set point, you're absolutely ideal weight is just a bit lower in the healthy range. I have had the same problem. Have a play around with the BMI tool to see how low you can go while maintaining a healthy weight. Oh, and I know this sounds really silly, but are you completely sure that's you're actual height? I measured mine against my friends (we're all the same height) who told me they were 5"6, when I actually measured it I was 5"3 and didn't understand until then why "healthy" meant looking like a life size melon:) but that's just probably me being my usual dozy self. Anyhow, good look!
