| do exercise. That's what I've been doing. And it's helped a lot more than just counting calories. And, get a buddy who can stick with you and motivate you and who is similar in weight loss goals. I suggest getting a buddy who is around the same height who needs to lose about the same. That way you really can work out together. Hope this helps. Keep working at it. You'll get there! | |||

| weighed in this morning I'm 147.8! Although I might have gained a couple back at lunch considering we had a potluck at work and I completely overate and have already surpassed my calorie limit. Oh well, it happens now and then. But I started on Feb 18 at 152, so I've lost 4.2 lbs. | |||

| I definetly think so. I'm a DD and I'm sure they add at least a pound a piece. Also, I don't think I would recommend trying to get to a goal weight of 125. At my height which is 5 6, I should be around 135, but I'm assumming a more likely and healthy weight is 140. I think you might have to work too hard to get to 125, so much so that you might give up. Just be careful so you don't try to lose too much. | |||

| sorry forgot to weigh in on monday I'm at 152 goal is 140 or 135 I have been working out nearly everyday. I found a workout buddy and that has helped tremendously. however, it will be difficult next week b/c I'm out of town until the 26 on business, so that means I'll have to eat out. But, i'll do my best to eat healthy and find some way of working out. | |||

| I'm new too, just started on the 19. So, far it's been difficult just b/c I didn't realize that I was eating so many calories. But, I'm counting good now. I have around 15 to lose by June. I don't work out like that, although I think that's what I need. Just don't feel like it after a long day at work, but I have started walking. Look forward to hearing about the progress. | |||

I just got on here. I've been watching calories and thought and I thought I had been eating around 1200, but really I was eating more I think. Especially, now that I started this and realized that some of the veggies are higher than others etc. I just started yesterday on here Feb 19. I"m not looking for a diet, but a lifestyle change. It's kind of difficult. I'm also on this shot that makes some people gain weight, but for me I think it's just hindering me from losing. Plus, I just graduated from college, and so I'm not running around as much as I used to. haven't gained any weight, just want to lose some to make clothes fit better. Nice to meet you! |
