I am drinking that right now actually. Coffee with Stevia that was referred by my co worker. I bought the packets at Trader Joe's this weekend but to be honest i dont like how it tastes. But i know is better for me so maybe in the next cup of coffee i will mix in my splenda fiber with some stevia see if i can get used to the taste.

Lol at the person that lost an 11 year old.  I guess i lost an asian adult person then. I lost 88 lbs in the last two years since i joined the gym in january 2007.  But yeah those bags of dog food sure are heavy... it's hard to imagine that we did carry that weight with us for a long time. Jesus... No wonder i was out of breath by just walking a block.

I wish i was a size 10. I am trying to lose a total of 45 lbs at least to get down to a size 10/12 by my wedding date which is august 1st 2009. I am currently a 16/18 so i hope losing 45 will put me down to at least a 12.  feex1982x a size 10 in the US is an average size, 10/12 are average, and that's what i wanna be, not skinny. So good luck to you in reaching your goal. I am sure u can do it.

I couldn't agree more . . . fluctuating a little is good for me too, 1200 one day, 1300 the next, then 1100 .. . also, exercising changes.  I'll walk 4 miles one day all at once, then the next day I may do interval running/walking 2 miles in the morning and then 1 mile light walking in the afternoon, the next day maybe nothing to give the body the break which confuses it if you kow what I mean.  Keep up the good work!!

I do that too sometimes 3 miles a day sometimes 2 sometimes 1 sometimes 0 lol.

When i started calorie count i found that it was hard to eat low calories cuz i used to get hungry a lot and i had to find a way to supress my apetite, so i went to a weight loss dr. he prescribed me phentermine which supresses my apetite and makes me eat less calories a day. Everytime i go to his office they always check my weight, measurements and take my blood pressure because he won't prescribe it to someone that has high blood pressure.

Hi Jessica, my name is Lucy, in january of 2007 i joined the gym and i was a size 26, i lost 45 lbs the first year and plateued and gained like 14 back after i started dating my fiance, then in 2008 i joined this site, lost another 45 lbs or so, so actually right now i have lost a total of 83 lbs slowly, averaging 40ish pounds per year and i don't have extra skin, and i hope i never will maybe if i get boney i might but i don't want to be boney i just wanna go down to a 10/12 size. So my next goal is to actually lose another 45 lbs by august cuz my wedding is august 1st this year, i am down to a size 16/18 and i figure losing another 45 lbs will get me at least down to  a 12.

All the guys i know don't like skinny boned women, some like thick, curvy and some are into bbw's. My friend which is a size 24 got shutdown from a man cuz she wasn't fat enough for him, can u believe that???? I was shocked when she told me that i had never heard such a thing, usually is the opposite lol. Actually when i was skinny guys didn't like me after i came to america and gained some weight thats when i started dating and having guys like me. I had never been without a boyfriend. I am old now, 32 and i chose to be single for 2.5 years after my divorce and i am also a mom of an 8 year old boy and after i was ready to start dating again i met a wonderful man which i am engaged to. Oh yeah for the record my ex husband cheated on me with 3 fat women.  I guess i wasn't fat enough at that time for him and i was a size 26... i am down to a 16 now and i want to go down to a 12 no less cuz i don't want to be skinny i still wanna be thick and curvaceous. ;)

wow if ur already 121lbs you really don't have any extra weight to lose then, ur already thin. I bet u look great. No need to lose more.  :)

I joined February 19th 2008 and til now July 29th 2008 i have lost 48lbs and plan to lose more. Last year i wasn't on it but i lost 42 lbs so i lost a total of 90 lbs.

Mmm do you eat enough Fiber? What i been doing for two weeks now is for lunch i have 2 cups of non fat milk with 2 packets of carnation instant breakfast no sugar added and that fills me up til dinner time. Since i started two weeks ago today, i lost 9 lbs. It has 4 grams of fiber per packet, because i was eating only like 1200 calories a day i had issues going number 2 so with this shake once a day instead of lunch i have been going regularly and lost weight. You may give it a try see how it works out for u.

I sometimes eat more than other days i read on here that sometimes you have to trick your body because if you eat the same amount of calories per day your body will stop losing weight cuz it already expects that amount of food. So i sometimes eat more than other days. Seems to work fine this way. I have lost 40 lbs since i started on this site in mid february. I usually have a deficit of 1000 calories per day so if i lose 3000 calories in a day i eat 2000 if i dont work out as much then i won't eat as much. I hope you find a solution to your problem. What is the difference in bra sizes from UK to USA? I am in USA and i looked some of those high sizes some of you mentioned and looked at your pictures and some look smaller than mine yet they mention F, G, H when mine look bigger at DDD. Must be a big difference from UK to USA  or am i wrong?

Ok thank you. Well i checked the turkey burger patties at my mother in laws house and it was 160 calories and 9 grams of fat versus the other ones she had which are 480 calories and 41 grams of fat. She buys the turkey burgers just for me even though she says they look nasty lol at least its less fatty then the beef ones. LOL.

But yeah i will have to start inputting on the weekends what i am eating. But i did go to macaroni grill this past sunday on a date with my bf and i ate half of my order, which was a bad order i know, it was fettuccini alfredo with chicken but ate only half and thats all i ate but i did munch earlier on chips at the inlaws so not sure how much i had on sunday. Blah. I just gotta be more careful on the weekends. I am letting it slip.

Looks like you got the bug  that is goin around. The stomach flue. The Dr. will tell you to eat just carbs, like toasts, saltine crackers, rice, and gatorade to keep you hydrated.

I believe it. I think i was one of those people before i joined the gym and started eating better. I have lost about 65 lbs total since last year and gone down 8 sizes. :) I eat now between 1200-1500 calories a day. If i workout more then i can eat more. So it depends. :)

I am large frame, 5'6-5'7 and when i was a size 14 i weighed around 220. I am fat all over. Now i weight ten lbs more than my friend and she is small frame and she wears size 26 and i am a size 20. She hates it cuz she says it's not fair cuz i weigh more than her and i look/am skinnier than her.

Well i have a very sweet tooth myself. But what i did is i stopped buying cookies for my son and myself, i replaced it with 100 calorie packs of oreo crisps and such, fat free jello and fat free pringles and american idol low calorie ice cream. It's 120calories per cup. So if you can do the same i'm sure you will be just fine. Just keep within your calorie limit, if u eat like 1000 calories in food just save the rest for ur sweets. Just don't go over ur limit or the weightloss most likely wont work.

Dang girlie i can't even eat that and im huge compared to u. Where does all that food go to??? U eat a lot yet ur not fat. Ur lucky. U must have a very high metabolism. LOL.

I also get those pains often. Yesterday even while watching a movie i said ouch my bf said what i just didn't talk, breathe or move so it wouldn't hurt then after i told him that i got a chest pain and if i remain still it goes away fast.

Even if you were fat? so what? Does he have a problem with fat people? Well they wouldn't like his buckteeth anyway. So who cares what he says. I am fat and if he said something about me i would say so what??? At least i got straight teeth and ur about to lose ur buckteeth.

sometimes before sometimes after. If i know is low fat then i do after if i get catered food at work i find out before what has the most calories and what doesnt so i don't eat the fatty foods or else i will eat it thinking is lesser calories and when i input it i go Holy  Crap and can't eat no more for the day. So that's what i do.
