| I need all the help I can get. I got up to over 300lbs 2 years ago and now still have another 88lbs to loose. Nov. Dec. and Jan. were hard months and I gained a lot but now have started to loose again. I'm 38/F and I know the older I get the harder it will be. I want to be down to my goil by the time I'm 40. | |||
