Thanks so much for this post. It is helpful when trying to balance eating and exercising. I always find myself  lost after  the gym. I can't figure out what or when to eat. This is so helpful.

I mean, I know they aren't healthy. That's why I put the quotations. But I am a super busy gal so they are convenient. On a typical day I eat low sugar oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt as a snack, one of these meals for lunch and a salad for dinner. This varies but that is the usual.
