Here's some tips for you..It is therefore very important to create a balance between exercise, rest and diet to stay healthy and fit. Exercising too much and eating too little will not do any good so we should forget about reducing our food and fluid intake to reduce our body size and weight fast. We will get sick if we do that. |

there are lot of exercise for pregnant women.. actually my wife, as a physical therapist.. she do keggel's exercise.. a lot of deep squatting.. because for pregnant women.. their pelvic bone and softer.. and you have to exercise for that bone.. for healthy labor in the future..

it's just depends on what's your plan.. much better if 2 years interval.. because.. you can rest and you're first child can understand already.. and you don't have so much stress.. ;) |

actually it just depends on the fruits that you eat.. if you eat fiber riched food much better.. ;) like pineapple, papaya.. and yes too much sugar would lead to bad health.. ;) like diabetes, dizziness.. |

well if you want to have a toner muscles.. you can have fitness program for muscle tone.. have this program for 6 months and you will see the result.. have the same weight form now to six months.. like you lift about 3kgs. weight and have it for a lot of repititions for 3 sets.. if you can do 30 repetition for a set much better.. and every month just increase it to 10 reps.. have the same sets.. |

you can eat when you like.. actuall diet means eating the right kind of food and not fasting.. ;) it takes 6 months to have changes in our muscles or weight.. ;) |
