Hello Hello Hello, My father has been in the hospital for a while with internal bleeding and I've been dealing with that. But now he is out and doing much better. Thank God. It's been a rough 2 months. I missed checking in with you guys. Shizzi Shizzi Shizzi!!!! You look great!!!!! You really are the Shizzi. LOL. Hi Ladies, It's good to see everyone is still here and doing well. As for me, I'm doing good. This morning I weighed in at 219.2. It was a struggle to get into the teens but I barely made it. For some reason I've got this incredible drive that's been keeping me away from the junk food and keeping me on the Wii fit. I would like to lose 15 lbs. by mid March. I think that's an attainable goal. Wish me Luck.

Hi Ladies, It's been a while since I've posted anything. It's good to see that everyone is still here doing their best to stick to their routines. The holidays are over and Im determined to get back on track. I've been doing the Wii Fit every day and I actually enjoy it. I haven't been to the gym in over a month. This morning I weighed in at 222.8. which is great because I had to have put on about 10 lbs. during the holidays. In the past 2 months my weight has been up and down. I plan on keeping it on a downward spiral from here on in. Keep up the good work Ladies. |

Good Morning Ladies, I hope everyone's Holidays went well. As for me I ate and drank and didn't count any calories so of course I'm up in weight. My rings are fitting a bit snug, so I know I have gained. I have some renovations going on in my house and had family over since Christmas Eve and my house is upside down. So I really didn't think about what I was eating or drinking, but today is a new day and I will take it from here. Have a Great Day Ladies!! |

HI LADIES, I HAVEN'T CHECKED IN FOR A WHILE. LAST TIME I WEIGHED IN AT 225 AND BY THE END OF THE WEEK WAS BACK DOWN TO 220. WELL, I HAVEN'T LOSS ANYMORE WEIGHT BUT I HAVEN'T GAINED ANYTHING EITHER, SO I'M OK WITH THAT FOE NOW. Good Morning Ladies, My holiday was great. I cooked, I ate and I drank and still managed to at least maintain my weight. On monday I weighed 227 lbs. and this morning I weighed in at 220 lbs. I knew it was all water weight because my ring were fitting tight and now they are back to swinging aroung my fingers. THANK GOD!!!!! I have not been able to get to the gym this week because I'm having car troubles, but as soon as I'm mobile again I will be back. Shizzi: I'm so happy that you have conquered that plateau and haven't let it hold you back. MrsD: Your weight gain is more than likely water weight and you probably lost that already. Congrats MrsD!! It must be nice. I can't wait to get to this onderland that I'm hearing about. LOL Shizzi, I wear a comfortable size 11/12 now at 220. When I was 210 I wore a comfortable size 9/10. I think once I'm able to fit comfortably into a 7/8 I may stop weight loss and start maintenance. I think it all depends on your body shape. I have tree trunk thighs and baby bearing hips, but my waist is small. This makes it very difficult to find that proper fit. Have a wonderful weekends Ladies.

Hello Ladies, You guys are the greatest. This is why I love this site because of the motivation. Shizzi and SharpD, I have yet to run on the treadmill. I feel like I'm to big and might damage the machine, LOL. After reading you guys post, I'm going to try it out tonight. MrsD, I can't wait to get out of the 200's myself. Before I got pregnant with my 18 mos. old son I was 204 lbs. wearing a size 9/10 and working my way to that under 175 lb. goal. I gained 92 lbs. with him and lost 44 of that immediately after his birth and 30 more lbs. 10 mos. after that. I'm getting closer to my goal and know that it is very attainable. As for this holiday. I'am going to try to use portion control and get a workout in that morning too. We shall see. Good Luck Ladies. Keep up the good work. |

GOOD MORNING LADIES, This weekend I did a bit of drinking but was able to recover by today, thank God. Doesn"t look like I'll make my goal weight by next Thursday, but I'm happy with my success thus far. I have been dreading this up coming holiday. This year my family is coming to my house and my B-day falls on Turkey Day too. So, this means I will be eating and drinking. I hope I can exercise self control. Height: 5 ft. 10 in. Good Morning Ladies, Welcome back Shizzi and thank you. Mrsdustbagc your program is very similar to mine. I eat between 1200 and 1400 calories daily and eat plenty of fruit, veggie and drink lots of water. I also do cardio at least 60 minutes daily. I'm very satisfied with the results of my labor. I had a good weekend. I had self control and stuck to my routine and it felt good. Normally I don't do well on weekends. So far I'm down 7 lbs. Goodmorning Ladies, Thankyou Shizzi, Sharpdust and Sasquatch for the warm welcome. I definitly see good things coming from this forum. Sharpdust: My first goal of 15 lbs I hope to lose by Nov.27 which is my B-day. I will be going to the gym at least 3 time a week doing the elliptical for at least 60 min. and doing an at home workout for a half hour every moring. This was what I did before and lost an average of a little over 3 lbs. a week. I just need to stick to my routine. Once I get into it I'll be good. By the way. Which days do you guys weigh in? |

Hello Ladies, I'm 5'10 and weigh 230 lbs. I was hoping I can join this forum for some much needed encouragement. I found calorie count back in April 2008 with a weight of 252 lbs. From April 7th to June 6th I was able to take off 30 lbs making me 222lbs. I went from a size 16 to a size 12. During the summer I fell off my diet completely and gained 8 lbs. back I would like to lose a total of 60 lbs. This would bring me to my ultimate goal weight of 170 lbs. I want to set mini goal weights. Maybe 10 to 15 lb. goals to reach and pace my weight loss. Wish me Luck!!!! Current Weight: 230 1st Goal Weight: 215

I haven't been on in a while either. I haven't gained any but I haven't lose any thing either. It's been really hard during these pass few weeks but we can get back on track and start to see the results we were getting previously. I will see you here on Tuesday. If I don't hit that I won't be mad at all. My next Mini Goal Weight is 214 lbs. by July 4th. Hopefully I can reach that and move on to the next goal weight of 190 lbs. by Aug. 28th.
