I'm a freshman on fall break with just about 2 months of college under my belt. I left my scale at home, so I've been a little neurotic about my weight at school(feeling really paunchy, worried I gained all of the weight I lost over the summer back, etc.) The school gym isn't that great, and the dining hall, while better than most, leaves a lot to be desired. 1 cup of their soup options is usually around 400 calories. No thanks! Anyway I am 18yrs old, 5'8.5", 174lb, size 10. This summer I lost 30lb, so I'm down from 204lb, size 17. I'm looking to lose another 25-30 to get down to a target weight of about 145, 150lb. Are there any other college students with similar stats or similar goals who want an accountability buddy? Let me know! C: |
