Hey guys! Been really busy so didn't get a chance to weigh in on thurs. After a foody weekend I remain at 136lbs so i'm gonna try and up the exercise. Congrats to all those who've seen the scales move in the right direction |

Yeah I heard that recently to- there was a study that showed people who always drank straight after meals were less healthy than those who didn't b/c it apparently flushes out the nutrients quicker or something. Don't quote me on that! But I don't believe it anyway. |

Subway 6" lite subs- veggie sub around 200 cals, turkey sub around 250 cals, turkey + ham sub around 270 cals, there are others too! Mcdonalds chicken snack wrap around 260 cals + side salad + diet coke Worth a try :D |

If you like porridge (oatmeal), try skipping the milk and use water, then mix in some low cal hot chocolate powder and splendor to taste. It's gooey, warm and sooo yummy it should smack ur craving on the head!! |

I agree with the hours thing, feel really sorry for you whthsby and liza!! I found that if I only had a 10 min break or whatever I wouldn't have time to go out and get something so end up eating one of the various pieces of chocolate cake. Or if I wasn't going to get a break at meal times I'd be really stupid and eat something like a Mcdonalds breakfast beforehand. Deary me. Never again!! |

To my dismay, my boobs went first :( But now my waist is starting to nip in nicely. Same with the thighs though, they refuse to budge!! I think a lot of women have this problem. |

Shapes- thankfully i realised what i was doing to myself and now take my own much healthier options!! You're right though- chocolate will always stay the same!! Mary- as soon as I leave I will be avoiding any job with wafting smells of temptation like the plague |

I live in England and since i've been on CC i think I'm probably down to a UK size 12. I weigh about 137-138lbs and i'm 5ft 8, large frame. Not sure what size I am in US! |

Thanks everyone! I don't have access to the gym, can't afford it, but I do lift weights at home. I think they are 15s that's all we have I am doing squats, lunges, curls, side raises etc. Does that sound any good? A bit of muscle is starting to show so I think it might be working :) I'm not scared of showing muscle! Hehe. Good luck with your first post girlygirly. I am going to try more calories |

I understand that I am at a healthy BMI, I am just trying to lose the few pounds that I've put on over the last year that have made me go up at least a dress size, feel uncomfortable and knocked my confidence a bit. Thanks though, I am going to try to fit more exercise in :) |
