I say get yourself involved in some city sport league or at your office. I used to play softball with the guys and girls at work. That seemed to keep me busy at least once or twice a week. I know what you mean. I look good, have a cute little body, but it just the belly area (mainly the lower part) i believe it is called the abdomen.

So i get all you girls we are all on the same boat. I am 5'0 ( actually 4'11 3/4") YES i know...but get over it! Laughing I am at 122 lbs wear typically size 5 or 6 depending on material of clothing.  I have the belly fat and hate it.. I have been trying to eat better and i have gotton more active. I do yoga 2 or three times a week, play/practice volleyball 2 times a week for about 1.5 hours (but its non-competitve, play for a city league).  I try to be as active as possible. I have the belly fat and the hips. i don't mind the weight i am at. I just want to have a flatter  lower belly. If often looks like i am bloated and when i'm bloated it looks even work. I can't fit into my size 4 pants because i have the "muffin top" which i hate. Recently, i started to have the "muffin top" on my size 5 pants and the size 6 pants are too big. But again depends on the brand of pants.  I also work about 8-9 hours a day and try to do the most activity i can during work. Although it is very hard because when i get in "THE ZONE" i don't leave my desk unless to copy something or go to the R.R. Oh i also drink lots of water during the day. But once i get home...the water goes out the door as well as during the wknd. I hate the winter and normally thats when i get really lazy but i'm trying to change that attitude. Oh i also forgot i go paintballing once every two month and let me tell you that is the BEST work out ever. It works out every muscle!! i promis. Especially your back and legs. I really like this website and maybe this will help me keep the wait and lose the UGLY waist/belly fat.
