If you're so extremely full why did you eat the whole thing? You're entire situation could've been avoided by just realizing you were full and stop eating. You shouldn't make yourself excersize unless you're really up to it - otherwise it's disordered behaviour. Just make little changes during the week by eating a lighter lunch one day or turning down a snack the next. Plus, about 1,000 calories is nothing. A pound is 3,500 calories, so.. yeah.. you're not gonna blow up in one night. Just eat slightly less throughout the next few days. |
