My newest snack addiction is laughing cow light spreadable cheese ( comes in a blue round container with individual wrapped pieces) 45 calories Spread i onto mulitgrain ryvita crackers 90 calories for 2 (he rivita crakcers are quite large not normal cracker size) I ind thats enough for a snack, its healthy and only aobut 130 calorie |

Thats funny, I'm starting today as well. We should post after we do each day and share our experiences, I think it will be nice to have someone to kind of do it with. Plus it will give me extra motivation |

Hey everyone ! I am 19 years old. Height:5'9 SW: 253 CW: 240 GW:170
I havent lost that much weight yet but I'm well on my way. I'm buying rollerblades soon because I hate running ( getting sick of it )and have just started doing weights.

I think at my current weight its pretty acurate but my goal weight seems unusually small for 170 lbs...ill have 2 take a pic of my real body to compare i guess. |

Breakfast: Yogurt with berries, whole wheat toast with low fat crunchy PB, a cup of milk Snack: Grapefruit Juice, and a banana Lunch: Sanwich with Turkey Breast, mustard lettuce and cheese. Cucumber and Carrots, Bottle of water Snack: Hard boiled egg, more carrots and cukes, more water Dinner: Muesli with yogurt and another sandwich. Low fat vanilla soy milk Desert: Real fruit bar...yum
