yes i know i have been in recovery all mental aspects are fine, its the physical that has finally just begun to show my progress.  Yes, I understand not only eating when you are hungry because I wouldnt eat enough in a day and i know this.  Thanks for your advice.

Goal: 120-125

I have gained 6 pounds in almost 2 months.  It is getting easier and easier, gaining two pounds a week.

B: kashi go lean cereal (roughly 2 cups) w/ a banana, blueberries and skim milk (around 1 cup if not more)

L: Salad (lettuce, carrots, green peppers, onions, tomatoes) w/ a balsalmic vinagarette and a morningstar veggie burger mixed in, apple

S: kashi better n pb bar

D: 3 big slices of homemade cheese pizza (almost half) w/ mushrooms, green peppers and onions, salad, and around 1 cup of frozen vegetables, carton of chocolate milk, apple

S: 3 plain digestive cookies

B: cinnamon raisin bagel

L: boca meatless vegan burger on a mini wheat bagel w a bowl of cooked peas, beans, carrots and corn (around 1-1.5 cups)

S: large apple, over 1 cup of this mix i made (pretzels, peanuts, and chex rice cereal that are covered in a sauce of pb, butter and honey...all baked)

D: 1 cup white rice, 1 cup corn, 1 cup of black beans mixed w a small sweet potato

S: orange and a juice box of yahoo chocolate milk

S: 2 handfuls of pretzels and a clifkidz chocolate brownie bar

Breakfast: multigrain bagel w/ better n PB spread on top, a cut up banana w/ blueberries

Lunch: meditarranean veggie sandwich from panera (cilantro hummous, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, swiss chz on two thick slices of whole grain bread), apple

Snack: apple, handful of grapes, half of a red pepper, handful snap peas

Dinner: 3 slices of pizza (alfredo sauce, 3 kinds of mushrooms, red peppers, carrot slices, onions, spourts, and some mozzarella chz)....absolutly delish

Snack: HUGE slice of my leftover birthday cake (yellow box cake w/ homemade chocolate frosting) w/ 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream

Snack: handful of pretzels, a few more bites of cake :) ((shhhh))

Breakfast: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal w/ skim milk, slice of ww toast w/ butter spread

Snack: banana

Lunch: bowl of minestrone soup and salad w/ italian dressing (had 10 min all the cook had for vegetarian option)

Snack: kashi peanut butter chewy bar, box of raisins

Early dinner: big bowl of cooked peas and mixed vegetables w/ pasta and italian dressing drizzled over

Snack: 2 cups of multigrain cheerios, 1 cup milk, 1/2 english muffin w/ 1 TBSP pb

Snack: 3 servings pretzels, 1/2 cup of peanuts, chewy granola bar

Today was really random and grab and go because recruitment for sorority started so dinner had to be eaten before 4 and by 10 i was starving so those were my late night snacks that are thrown together.  How am i loking argu?

I am going to include rough portion sizes..because what i am eating is not a weight loss plan.  I gained a pound at my weigh in today.

Breakfast: roughly 2 cups of kashi go lean cereal w/ 1 cup skim milk, w/ a banana and blueberries

Snack: kashi better n peanut butter granola bar and an apple

Lunch: a few bites of some cheese calzone thing the cook made..but it was gross so ww english muffin, slice of american chz, with a boca vegan burger, and a salad w/ italian dressing

Snack: small wheat bagel w/ PB, 2 clementines, 3 handfuls of pretzels if not more.

Dinner: 1.5-2 cups of white rice w/ stir fried vegetables, salad w/ italian dressing

Snack: ice cream bar, apple, bag of smartpop kettle corn.

I am going to increase because I want to get healthy yes.  I am away at school living in a sorority house so meals are prepared for me lunch/dinner and being a vegetarian..i dont always have options and have to resort to veggie burgers and frozen meals and such. I currently see a doctor at school to monitor my weight and a nutrionist so they act like my "parent" 

AM snack is a good idea actually.  Thanks for those suggestions. 

Bagel was the large, regular one 280 cals...those mini ones dont do anything!!!

Thanks for the encouragement.  Next time I post I will be sure it is over 2500.

Lunch: 2 slices ww bread, boca vegetable burger w/ slice of american chz and lettuce, bowl of cooked green beans, carrots, peas and corn

Snack: clif kidz bar honey graham, apple

Dinner: frozen entree meal pumpkin squash ravioli, large sweet potato

Snack: apple

Snack: cinnamon raisin bagel probably

yesterday:

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ milk and banana, and blueberries

Lunch: salad w/ italian dressing, apple, english muffin w/ slice chz

Snack: clif bar

Dinner: 2 wheat tortillas w/ beans, tomatos, chz, sour cream, salsa and lettuce, bowl of peas, greenbeans and mixed veggies

Snack: bowl of grapes and a kiwi

Snack: cinnamon raisin bagel

breakfast/lunch: box of raisins, BIG bowl of multigrain cheerios w/ milk and BB, and a salad w/ tomatos, green peppers and lettucs (all that was served at lunch at sorority house before practice)

Snack: clif kidz honey graham bar, like half a bag of pretzels, apple

Dinner: noodles and company penne rosa and a flatbread, and an apple

Snack: 2  plain digestives

prob have something else. dont think thats enough for today because I like skipped a meal.

Dinner: red peppers, carrots, roma tomato, green snap peas, and a morningstar spicy black bean burger w/ 2 slices ww bread, grapes

Snack: prob hot chocolate and clif kidz bar

the only thing im not eating is meat at the moment..otherwise my entire weight gain diet is the same..just adding in beans and nuts. definately still using other animal products and dairy.  those i cannot do w/o.

oh my gosh! i just read this book last week and am starting w/ vegetarian..dont know about vegan..but yah i have ppl telling me im not getting enough protein because i am not eating meat. I am also trying to gain some weight still...but i cant fathom the idea of eating any meat at the moment.

Breakfast: kashi cereal mixed w/ vanilla yogurt and blueberries and an orange

Lunch: veggie burger, green beans, mixed begetables, sweet potato and cottage chz

Snack: bag of popcorn and an orange

Dinner: 1/2 homemade veggie pizza (4 or so slices)

Snack: glass of milk, apple, 5 digestive cookies

Okay this describes me today.  I was on a plane early and flew back to the states and ate breakfast and lunch on the plane but since i have been home...i have been starving.  I have eaten and then waited and my stomach growls.  Nothing is filling me up! It's getting frustrating.

thats weird. yah I was supposed to be at 115 before I left for england (aka two days), but I didnt make that mark.  I definately have to be at that weight before school otherwise my mom is threatening me with the hospital again.  Nice to know ppl got the same goals!

Breakfast: Bowl of kashi go lean cereal and cheerios w/ a cut up banana and blueberries w/ skim milk

Lunch: CHIPOTLE!!! (had to have it one last time before I leave for England) ---burrito bowl w/ cilantro lime rice, black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa and tons of lettuce

Snack: apple

Dinner: whole wheat tortilla wrap w/ turkey, slice of prov chz, mustard, spinach leaves w/ side of peas, red pepper slices, jicama slices and some cherry tomatoes

Snack: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup milk w/ a hot chocolate packet mixed in

Lunch: wheat english muffin sandwich w/ turkey breast, munster cheese, spicy mustard, spinach leaves and a pickle w/ a huge bag of cut up veggies: a whole red pepper, carrots, half a cucumber, cherry tomatoes

Snack: apple

Dinner: Portillos chopped salad (fagioli pasta, chicken, gorgonzola chz, bacon, green onions, romain lettuce, tomatos) w/ italian dressing

Snack: lemon poppy seed muffin

Does that look better or over 2500?

Lunch: ham sandwich on italian bakery bread w/ honey dijon, prov chz, and spinach leaves, bag of cut up veggies (cucumbers, carrots, red peppers and cherry tomoatos)---in the car driving back from my grandmas house

Snack: apple

Dinner: marinated chicken breast, portabello mushroom, ear of corn, HUGE baked potato w/ salsa

Snack: undecided...depends

Thanks everyone for your responses.

I think my first problem gi-jane you mentioned it is having supervising my recovery.  At the moment, no one is.  I am on my own.  My family supports me, but my mom doesnt check in w/ me or anything consistenly, so maybe that is what i need. I definately need to remind myself, put everything back into perspective.
