How in the world do you jump rope for that long??? 

I just started integrating aerobic exercise with the calorie counting.  I got on the elliptical last night and was devastated that I could only go on the fat balst routine for 20 minutes instead of 30 -- I guess I just have to work my way back up.  I also did some arm weights because my wings are a travesty. 

I would like to lose another 12-15 pounds by June - so I gotta kick it in gear!

yup - i weighed myself and it was actually worse than i had anticipated -- how is it possible that i have been drowning in h2o, been eating at least 300-500 less calories than I am burning -- yet still managed to gain 4.4 punds during my TOM?!?!?!

GOD HELP ME!!!!

I hope no one else is having this battle right now -- it sucks!!

Congrast TJDavis -- what exactly was your juice cleanse regimen?

Oh man I completely forgot to weight myself this morning -- its my TOM and I really don't want to get on that scale --- you all know what thats like, I'm sure --- I see soraya sure does!

I am a lil frustrated too -- the first ten days i was down over 7 pounds -- and now ----- BAM -- flatlined!!! I guess it was too good to be true!! I have now been at the exact same weights for almost 5 days!!! i guess i just gotta keep on keepin on!!!

Down 7.8 pounds in 12 days!!! WOOHOO -- The oinly thing that sucks about it is that on Saturday monring i was down to 213 --- must have been water weight or something!

I weighed myself this morning as well and was happy to see that in the past 10 days i have lost 7.2 pounds!! i agree that tomorrow that my fluctuate a little bit -- but it doesn't stop me for being happy now!!

i guess i am lucky because i don't have a preference as to pasta -- i generally use whole wheat -- but i like Barilla plus too!  my pasta meal is whole wheat spaghetti, with rinaldi vodka sauce and turkey meatballs -- YUMMY!

Well ok - lets see -- i started out at 223 last wednesday (4/9)  i was downt o 218 by Monday (4/14) and am hoping to be a shade under 200 by June 6th!  So 18 pounds in 7 weeks -- i don't think that is too crazy of a goal -- so far i am cutting down on carbs -- man am i a carb beast -- and i get SOO cranky when i don't getmy fix!!

Well i don't have a wedding -- but i do have a vacation in June -- Mexico baby!!!

I started last wednesday - as soon as I knew when we were going to try and get my butt in gear -- i wanted to lose 20 pounds by June 6th and did a colon cleanse to start me off -- well wow -- i lost 5 pounds already and hoping not to gain them back -- i assume it is mostly water weight!

we can do this -- what plans do you guys have for exercise?

Holy smokes Crystal - i am 5'4 and just about right with ya - at 210 ish -- my goal is 160 as well! I am starting workouts -- i do enjoy them, just have to get the intital motivation to get moving!

don't you  get down on yourself girl!!! I gained weight this week too -- and everyone has been great -- this is about motivation - not kicking yourself!! Maybe you do have a thyroid condition - or some kind of weird hormonal thing going on right now - that is something I would definitely talk to a doctor about!!!

I believe you have been working darn hard - and I know that you will help our team emerge VICTORIOUS!!

I prefer heat - but the best thing I do for it is take advil!  It is strange because sometimes I can work my knee vigorously on the elliptical or even jogging - but when I go to climb a stair I get PAIN! So it definitely fluxuates with activity -- I try to stretch my legs A LOT before I exercise because I find that it helps as well.
