thats awesome!, weddings are great and these things to look forward to are good goals.. i'm about 150 right now and i eventually want to get to 115 but i'm working for small goals and my first small goals are to get to 135 and buy a new pair of jeans in 2 sizes smaller than i am now..im a 9 now.. i like your attitude, confidence:) thanks |

| Breakfast- 2 eggs with peppers and canadian bacon made into an omlette with piece of toast
Snack- this spicy peanut mix..really good Lunch- salad with asian crunchy things and chicken, with low cal ranch dressing, orange Snack- pear Dinner- probably stirfry or something Snack- hopefully some popcorn:) anyone let me know how im doing please? |

(Treat) (129 cals) Lunch: Caesar Salad with Chicken (131 cals) Orange (62 cals) Snack: Crackers (180 cals) Light Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese (61 cals) Dinner: Pasta with Veggies (450cals)estimate Dinner Roll (150 cals) Snack: {havent had yet but will probably be..} Light Hot Chocolate *2 (90 cals) Light Popcorn (140 cals) |

| ya so just make sure that your cals and burn meter are around the same.. because you are a light weight already so there is no need to lose more, you dont want your burn to be more than your calorie..you will probably be surprised how many cals you can eat | |||

| yeah i get that alot from my dad too and it sucks... i would just try and talk to him and let him know you get enough protein and carbs (make sure you do) and tell him its juat that regluar meals from an outing can be like half or more of your hole calorie intake.. i just try talking to my dad | |||

| the salad is actually a meal and the pecans and eggs give great protein..so you dad its on the meal menu and if he doesnt like that just ask them to add some grilled chicken or salmon to it | |||

| ya they have lots of other stuff than pizzas...they have a special section on heathlier meals..this one salad with pecans, tomatoes,eggs, ranch sauce and some other things i cant remember, its so good but its big and too big for a meal so i ask for half on a plate and half to take home.. i love it.. i rarely have their pizzas | |||

| it was effect the calorie intake.. i work at mcdonalds :( haha... if you had peeled off all the skin actuall it would reduced the calorie by almost half, because the white chicken in the middle is not deep fried it is not in oil long enough to effect it as much as the skin | |||

| i'm just going to make a suggestion...but eating only 1000 calories a day isn't the best idea.. are you getting all you enegry and the carbs you need, because you work out your diet should probably be a little bit higher in calories | |||
