I just got my dvd saturday and did it twice that day becuase I loved it sooooo much Then I did yesterday and today.  I love to feel sore and I am SORE!!!!!!  I could hardly go to the bathroome this morning!!! llololol  I am not really into JIlliam Michaels BUT I can over look it.  I am gooing to do 10 day for each level too.  SOO FUN!!!  How many calories does it burn on Level one?

Hey girls!!!!  Well I am ttoming!! :(((  But it isn't too bad this time around.  I cheated, because of ttom cravings, this weekend.  But I got my 30-day shred Saturday and did it Saturday and Sunday and today.  Which is weird, I never exercise on the weekends.  And WOW I am so SORE.  But I enjoy the soreness because that just means it is working.  So I am hoping that this will give me that wxtra something to get off this plataeu.  I love the dvd.  It is just the right pace and gave me a ton of energy dispite the all around soreness.  My rear is the worst!! lol.  Highly recommend it to everyone!!!  So glad to hear of those who have lost.  And to all of us that are maintaining...well just keep going at it!!!!!  have to run losts of things to do.  Oh and tomorrow we might be going to town, and that usually means mcdonld's or big boy and either way I will get one of those yummy salads from mcdonld's or just the salad bar at big boy.  Tomorrow is my low cal day so I have to be carefull.  Though a crispy chicken sounds good!!!!  I will be strong!!!

Well I don't really know how it has been going.  I had a girl over last night that I used to babysit.  She missed me a lot.  And we had ice cream.  Then today my dad was sweet anough to take my fam to lunch, we only go out to eat like two times a year!!  SO I couldn't just tell him no, would hurt his feelings.  SO other than that have been good.  And I am so pumped!!!  TOday I tried the 30-day shred dvd.  And I got done like an hour ago and my arms are already sore!!!  Hopefully the rest of me is too in the morning.  Getting something new like that gets me so excited.  After I got done I wanted to do it all over again just because I enjoyed it so much.  THough I was dying!!!!  So we will see what tomorrow holds!!!

Olivia- isn't that strange?  Our mind tells us that the more you exercise and the less food you eat the better,  But really it isn't like that at all.  Funny how things works that way.

djkitten- congrats on the new job, you can overcome it!!!

Well I am doing good so far today.  I am very anxious, in a good way, about finding out if the zig zagging will work.  With that and the exercise I get done in a day I am sure it will.

Hey everyone!!!  Well I have been AWOL and wasn't able to start my zig zag until yesterday.  But I am so determined it isn't even funny.  Yesterday I FINALLY reached the 3000 + calories burned!!!!!!!!!!!  I uped my bike ride to two hour long.  And I finally figured out miles, mph!!!  I do 18 miles in two hours and I am going an average of 9 mph!!!  I don't know if that is bad or good timing but I was sooo glad to find that out.  In my mind that is good, feedback?  Today is my high calorie day.  And I feel like I ate the entire kitchen for breakfast.  Which is fine with me!! lol.  And I am fitting in a cookie a day so that I don't feel deprived of goodies.  And it is working.  Oh and I am eating it in the mid morning so that I have pleny of time to burn it all up.  On saturday I ordered Jillian Michaels 30-day shred.  All I have heard is good on that dvd.  Well the only bad thing that I have heard about it is that you are extremely sore afterwards.  Which is great.  SO hopefully I will get that in the mail next week.  And that will boost my weight loss I think. 

Sounds like some people have been havinga hard time.  Hope you all are able to get back on track.  We can't let olivia lose all the weight!!!  lolol  Just kidding we all love you anyways, 14 pounds less or not.  lol. 

Great job to all of you who have lost or maintained through the binging!!!  That is wonderful!!!!!!

dee- you really need to eat more, your body is in sarvation mode and all you will do is lose muscle and keep the fat that you have.  Just try eating more and you will start to lose again.

Well I am starting a new diet plan.  Zig Zagging.  And I start tomorrow, just in time for this challenge.  SO hopefully is works.  Because what I was doing was at a stand still/gain.  For some odd reason.  So here it goes.  Looks like everyone has great exercise goals!!!!  Hope everyone of you are able to meet them!!!!  My first weigh-in will have to be next Sunday for Fridays are not possible.

so here are my stats and goals all together.

sw- 135.5      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;      &nbs p;       & nbsp;     

May 4th- (goal 134)

May 11th- (goal 133)

May 18th- (goal 132)

May 25th- (goal 131)

Exercise- at minimum 800 for entire week.  (Some weekends unable to exercise.)

I am aiming for only one pound a week for I don't know how well this new diet plan will work.  SO I am going with very reasonable weight goals.  But of coarse if I lose more that is more than fine with me.

Well as usual I was unable to weigh myself yesterday.  But I am doing a new diet starting tomorrow.  I am sick and tired of exercizing my butt off and maintaining or gaining weight.  Eating what i am supossed to too!!!  So I am doing the Zig Zagging thing.  I read all I could on it and it didn't leave any doubt in my mind as to wheather it is healthy or not.  SO I am looking forward to it.  And hopefully there is at least a little drop by Friday.  I might have to post my weigh-ins on Sunday.  That is the best day for me.  Hope you all don't mind.  So I will continue to exercise like crazy.  I figured out how many hours I exercise during the week and it comes out to 13.3333333 hours.  Sounds better when it is put into minutes...800 mins!!!!!  And on the weekend what ever I can get.So wish me luck.  Has anyone else done the zig zagging????  

puppykisses-That is good that you lost off your stomach even though you weight stayed practically the same.

luna- Pizza is my down fall!!!  TOnight we had it and I on;y had two!!!  Usaully 4 :((

amares- Good job on turning down that pound cake!!  It has been forever since I have had one of those.  I don't think I could've turned that down.  Good for you!!!

melness- I am so glad you didn't starve to get your weight down!!!  That brings a smile to my face!!!  I don't think you will drive us insane.  At least not me, I always come on here when I feel a binge coming on.

leopardrayne- Congrats on being 2.2 lbs smaller!!!  Sounds like you are getting a good start.

djkitten- Glad that wine didn't have an effect on you!!!!  Hey I have some new freckles too!!!!!  All over!!!

thanks everyone so much!!!  I will start today with a minimum and tomorrow do the max and so on.  I hope it works.  For some reason, though I have been exercizing my heart out and eating right I have gained 6 pounds.  So hopefully this will get me back to losing instead of gaining.

well I will not be able to put my stats in until tomorrow because I will be no were near a scale until tonight maybe. 

My exercise goal for the up coming week will be... 5x a week (monday through friday) will do 800 min.  And for Saturday through Sunday 80 min.

Well yesterday went very well until....dinner.  I had a little extra pasta and alfredo.  oops.  BUT it didn't turn out to go way over calories.  SO all in all it still went good.  Well I took another step forward.  This morning I woke up and it was threatening to rain.  And my conscience was telling me that I should just skip the bike ride because I don't want to get rained on.  But I ate breakfast and left!!!  Before I would never of gone out there to ride bike with weather like that.  Then about half way it started drizzling and I had the option to take a short cut home or to keep on my regular route.  And I kept going the long way!!!!!  HURRAY.  And I am thinking for this next week uping my evening ride to an hour instead of forty minutes.  SO that would equal out for the day 100 minutes of bike riding.  So we will see.  And maybe uping will cause my body to lose more.  I will not be able to get on a scale until tonight, maybe.  That is if I go to my friends.  If not I will have to wait until Saturday evening.  I hate but love not having a scale at home.  Hate more that love though. 

djkitten- that is normally my down fall too, social eating.  That is why I am so excited about resisting!!! :))))

amaresmom- wow that is so awesome you got all those people to join you.  That will help out a lot.  Having that support right there around you!!!  And there is nothing wrong with a little cash involved, the more the merrier!!!  Hope you win!!!  Good job on the healthy shopping.

hey I am in!!!  I am part of another challenge but whats wrong with two.  Twice the motivation.  So is there a goal for at the end of the 4 weeks, or is it take what you can get?  I would love to lose like 6 to 8 pounds by the end of this.  Oh and does it start tomorrow?

I have great news!!!!  Okay a friend had a birthday yesterday.  And my family and I went over to his house.  Well I didn't find out we were going over there until I already ate dinner.  That was annoying.  Well when we get there the put food in the over for diner and there pull out the jello cake and icecream.  I guess what!!!  I did not touch a single thing.  Not even dip a finger in the nacho cheese.  Which usually I would of at least of done that.  Of coarse everyone was like "a little wont hurt" or "I won't tell anyone".  But I knew how quilty I would feel if I did it.  And I REALLY wont to get rid of this weight I just gained for no apparent reason.  And when I got on the scale it said 135.5 so that is .5 down from Sunday.  And that was at the end of the day after eating dinner.  So I am hoping for even more by the end of this week.  But if it is just the .5 I will still be happy.  This morning for breakfast I changed it uop some.  Had oatmeal (instead of cold cereal) with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp jelly.  YUM  And it fills me up so well.  But I cant wait till snack time!!!  Watermealon!!!  And salmon tonight for dinner!!!!!  Good luck to everyone with their Thursday!!!!!

Good morning!!!  Well I just got back from my bike ride and I feel really good already.  When I woke up I looked at my stomach, as I do every morning and all throughout the day lol, and it looked smaller.  So I am hoping that is a good sign.  Again yesterday I drank soo much water I couldn't remember how much.  And I still have not touched the pie!!!  YAY me!!!!  And when I was looking in the fridge this morning, planning out my days worth of meals, I looked right at it and didn't even feel tempted.  SO that is wonderful.  And This Sunday I will be rewarded with breaded clam strips ONLY if I see a significant drop in my weight this Friday.  If not, no reward.  I have to share my dream with all of you.  More like a nightmare.  But it was funny once I woke up.  Okay.  Once upona time there was a young woman who resisted the temptation of a french slik pie.  Well as the night wore on she found some peanut butter cookies in the cupboard, the chips ahoy ones, and she ate the ENTIRE container and felt extremely guilty.  The End.  corny I know. lol  When I woke up in the morning I thought that I actually did that!!!  And I had to rethink what all happened last night to reasure my self that I didn't do it.  And when I went for my evening bike ride I kept thinking that I ate the pie, and kept having to remind my self that I didn't.  It was so weird.  I think I am going crazy!!!!

Melness-Wow 6 pounds already!!!! Great Job.  At that rate you will see 139 soon.  Chin up!!!  That is why I am so glad I do not own a scale and am not around one ever.  I would be on that thing every time I went into the restroom.

GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!  Today my dad came home with a french silk pie, and I did not touch it!!!!  There is still half of it in the fridge.  But I fugure if I could resist my b-day pie so easily this will be a peice of cake...or pie. lol.  So I am soooooo excited about that.  And I did really good with water again today.  I really hope that the water helps a bit.  Time will tell.  If so I will feel so much better.  I am sore!!!!  I am very excited about that.  It has been a week or so since I was sore last.  So that is wonderful.

Zena- that is awesome!!!  .8 lbs. 

Olivia- you should go with the bra!!!  I think it will make you feel a lot better and sexy being smaller and having something new to put on!!!

hey everyone!!!  I have beenso busy and gone for the past week that I have not been able to get on here.  So I have a lot of bad news and good.  Well I am eating a apple and drinking my second glass of water, which is all good.  And yesterday was really good too.  But over the weekend I was at a friends how and we made cookies.  Just like two dozen.  The rest of the cookie dough we ate!!!!!  And we ate all of the cookies.  But before I even touched any of those cookies I was up 6 pounds!!!!!  meaning I was up to 136!!!!!  I don't understand!!!!!  I have been exercizing and never going over my 1300 calories.  It is still two weeks till my period.  I don't know what the deal is.  But SUnday I didn't gorge but I didn't eat my 1300.  I went over.  But I did it knowing that Monday and the rest of the week I was NOT going to cheat.  And so far I am doing good.  And someone is going to walk with me today.  HUrray!!!!  So two 45 min bike rides a 30 min walk and an hour of pilates today.  So hopefully maybe it was just a fluke thing and I can get below 130 soon.  I thought I was just on a plateau.  But instead I gained weight. I was thhinking it could of been the temporary weight gain from not drinking anough water.  SO yesterday I drank so much water I lost count.  So that is what I will be doing for the rest of the week. 

Good work everyone for losing!!!!!!  Sounds like everyone is doing so well.  Keep it up.  wish I had time to reply to everyone but I have to go do pilates!!!!!

How many grams of fat should you eat in a day.  Or what is the amount you dont want to go over?  Yesterday I ate 23 grams.

hey everyone, con't be on here for long have to go get ready for pilates.  Well I have hit a plateau, I think.  Bummed about that.  I have been the same weight for two weeks.  So I think I will keep my calorie intake at the same amount, I don't think I could go any lower and get the full benefits.  So I will just have to up the exercise.  45 min bike ride in the morning, pilates before lunch, walk after lunch and bike ride after supper.  There is only one prob, the walk after lunch will only work if someone will walk with me.  I don't dare take a walk alone in this neighborhood.  And no one ever want s to take a walk, and that is what I want to do the most.  SO really down about that.  And I am no where near a treadmill.  So my luck stinks right now.  SO I will walk when ever possible and just consentrate on the other 3 things.  Good Job everyone who has lost.  Hopefully this stand still will end soon so that I can get to my desired weight before I leave for half the summer.

Hey everyone!!!  Well I did get up early this morning to go on my bike ride and it usually takes me about 45 min to do the whole route.  And well, this morning it only took me 25.  So I may have to find a new route to make it long again.  I was supossed to leave 45 min ago, bu they are running late.  So I went outside to play with the dog for a few minutes.  I know that for a fact I will be able to weight myself this Friday.  I will have two chances.  SO I will have no reason not too.  I think I will do it on the digital scale, I think it is more accurate.  It is so hard for me to get my exact weight on a slide bar one.  Hopefully when I get back today I will have time to take a walk or another bike ride or both.  That would be wonderful.

stephiepops-  Yeah that did turn out to be kinda long. lol. Good, lets check up on each other everyday to make sure we are drinking the water.  SO far I am working on 32 oz at 10:50.  So I think I will make it!!!!!  Your not being silly at all.  If you eat too little calories it might cause you to binge or gain the weight back easily.  Wow 3 in 30min!!!!  Thet is booking.  I wish so bad that I could run but my aszma prevents me from doing it much, more so in the cold weather.  SO good for you!!!!!Sounds like your dinner is going to be yummy!!!  isn't it wonderful when you can see the differnce in the syomach.  I look at my stomach everyday in the mirror, somethimes a few times.lol.  Just becasue I love to see the progress. 

amaresmom- I think that would be agreat thing to do.  SEe how well everyone is doing might cause us to get even more motivated and wanting to get better results.  I know it would help me stay out of that kitchen.

Well I am off to see if there is anything else I can do to keep busy before I leave.  Oh, on friday I will be packing my lunch when I go to town instead of going to the diner!!!!  I have already made up my mind.  Though chinese sounds soooo good, on second thought it gives my a tarrible stomach ache.  SO never mind.  Good luck to everyone on there Tuesday!!!!!!!!!

Well I feel much better now.  I wasn't able to get my walk in, night came so soon.  And our days are not extremely long yet so the days are still sorta short.  But I did get in my second bike ride.  And before I leave tomorrow at 10 am or so I want to get a bike ride in.  Hopefully I get to it.  I am going to try a new daily routine.  Hopefully it will work.  But I will have to start it on wednesday becuse I don't know how long I will be gone tomorrow.  But when I get home hopefully it will be light out enough still to at least get in another bike ride.  And hopefully we do a bit of walking.  But I have my chin up and am still excited and am hoping for a good number on the scale on Friday.  If I ever get ion it!!!  It is driving me crazy!!!  every weigh in I miss it so far.  And I have not been on a scale since I stated my period and I don't even want to count that time cause I weighed more because of it!!!!!! 

Olivia- aawwww hope you feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Good work For at least doing something while feeling bad.  All I did was sit on my butt. lol

Hey everyone!!!!!  Well I feel better now but just like two hours ago I had to get on here and just read everyones posts because this morning I woke up with a upset stomach.  SO I layed on my butt all morning.  That made me feel aweful.  I should of been riding my bike (which I think is about to fall apart, lol), or walking ar doing pilates.  But no, I just had to have a stomach ache on the first day of the week!!!!  SO after reading everyone's posts I was extremely encouraged.  So I got in the shower, finally, and took a 50 min bike ride.  So I feel a bit better.  I think I will take another one later plus a walk.  But will skip out in the pilates today.  Well my stomach is finally starting to go down from being away, helping the elderly couple.  And tomorrow I am going to amish country with them.  But thankfully we are taking lunch instead of going to a restuarant.  Thank goodness.  You know on my bike ride I was thinking, how fortunate I am to even be the size I am, but also lose weight if I desire it.  There are so many people out there that in their dna, make-up, that cannot lose weight.  It is impossible for them.  SO just thinking that made me very thankfull for the body the Lord gave me.  I have a question that may sound stupid.  DOesn't water, the more you drink, flush out the system and help you to lose more weight?

Anji- That is how my dad is!!!  He always brings home dounuts for dessert or a specialty bead, or something along those lines.  And most the time I only eat it so that I don't make him feel bad.  SO I am at a loss of what to do.  The problem with me staying out of the kitchen is, my hall way comes out in the kitchen.  SO in order to get back and forth from the living room and my bedroom I have to walk right through a part of it.  Wow, I am surprised you are not super woman!!!!  Doing those stairs everyday!!!!!!  You must al least have great calves!!!  SOmething I covet every time I see it on another woman. lol.  I am sooooo glad that the 194 was just a fluke!!!!!!  And I am sure you will see those 180's by the end of the week.

aresmom-I love barnes and noble...well anything with books in it.  As a matter of fact I should be getting a shipment in from Books A Million today!!!!!  Good job getting on your bike after eating out.!!!!!!  Although you hate that thing with a passion.  Great job for going so long without white carbs and sugar!!!  THere is no way I could do that for so long and not need to go see the shrink!!! lol

cheermom- wow you hiked on your day off!!!!!!  You are so awesome!!!!  I am so glad it is the "fat" you that you are losing.  It makes me so happy when people start to really get into losing their weight.  Not because they look better.  Because it is so much more healthy and it makes that person feel sooo good inside.  Knowing they conqoured it all.  And great job subing the potatoes with the rice!!!

immom-  I have heard that stress can make a person gain weight.  For a while I think that is part of what caused me to gain some of my weight.  SOmething that should never happen to a person happened to me, and I dwelled on it a lot and it stressed me out.  And it was during that time that I started to gain it.

blondiepants- Welcome.  Glad you joined us.

Olivia- I have a friend that have really bad knees and she is only 17.  She just takes it easy.  Do you try wearing a brace while jogging.  That can be extremely hard onthe knees.

emilynsb- Welcome,  it deffinatly makes it easier to lose when there are others helping you along.  Good Luck.

Thanks for the complement.  I always try my hardest to encourage others in every aspect of life.  I never want to be a hinderence to anyone.  My biggest worry is that I will drag someone down for one reason or another.  SO I am glad I am an inspiration to you.  You saying that made my day!!!

djkitten- after a while of workout and dieting a person will hit a plateau.  SO jsut hang in there it will go away in time and you will see a loss again here soon.

lemntwist- congrats on your skinny jeans!!!!!  Hope you did well on you test!!!

Hey everyone!!!!.........well first I want to say...I lied to you all.  I wasn't able to weight my self, but I was able to walk on the treadmill, a little.  But I don't think I did as bad as I usually do when I am help that couple out.  Usually when I am over there I want to eat anythink I can get my hands on.  Because over there THe food just flows.  Were as at my house we do what I call a scavenger hunt.  Through the frigde and over the counter we look. lol.  SO it is weird though.  How the mind works with those situations.  But anyways I will not be having icecream tomorrow. :(((  They have dessert and I had some so I feel aweful anough having it early that there is no way I will be having more so soon.  SO I will be waiting till next Sunday for my ice cream. :(((((  But I don't know how long it will be untill I see a scale.  SO I may have to wait, hopefully not, till next weight in.  But if I do that will be all right.  I want to go for two walks a day, plus the bike for 40 minutes and an hour pilates.  But I can only go for those walks if someone comes with me.  Because of the area I live in.  THere is no way I would walk alone.  TOo scary.  Wich is so stupid that I have to live in that fear being in my own house even.  But anyways. oh by the way I am really craving chips!!!!!  I must stay out of that kitchen!!!!  I stay at about 1300 calories too.  Seems to be that magic number.  I dont feel hungry and I don't feel like I am fat andfull.

Amy0 Great job.  I hope you are able to keep to that goal!!!!

Kimanne-  Your bloated so dont worry about that pound, consider it not there.  Just weigh yourself after it gone and you will probably be down, chin up!!!!!

Puupykisses-  Your time will come.  Just take this as a challenge.  Work your butt off this week, you can do it!!!!!

cheermom- Great job on your loss and walking for 3 miles!!!!!!  It feels weird saying "freat job on your loss", feels like I am congradulating you on killing someone yor something like that. lol

mishellie- Give it all its worth this up coming week!!!!  you can do it!!!!

thelonereed- know how you feel being without a scale!!!!!   And THat is mostly how I feel right now.  EAting healthyer and exercizing makes me feel so good that as long as my body tones up I can take over the world!!!

Olivia- I do the same thing.  I never log my calories on cc, I do though log the avtivities so that I know how much I am burning throughout the day.  Which reminds me...does anyone know why the estimated calories burned is always different that the calorie number that is below taht in a bigger font?  I feel the same way!!!!!!  We must be like sisters!!!!!  I will "indulge:" and feel like afer I need to purge my body of everything I just ate.  (Which I dont purge thatnk goodness.)  But I did it willingly and I just feel beside myself. 

mich- its not much BUT at least you lost something while having ttom!!!!  You must be good if you can do that!!!!  You will see a change once you are through.

ka- good job on your 8 pounds!!!!!

amaresmom- I am so glad the world is alright again!!!!  you had me worried!!!! lololol  I flucuate all the time so don't fret over it.  Sounds like you what you are eating is just fine!!!!

anji-  Gald you got back down!!!  And I hope you are able to keep it down too.  And caring for twins must burn twice the calories!!!!!!!

rachelrobin- pialtes is wonderful, you should try it.  And I know you said that you would rather take classes but with the prices of thing I will suggest APilates pick you level with...ellan barrett.  Or something like that.  It is so good and it has three different girls on there doing different levels and on one you can do level one and on the next part of the exercize you can do level three if you want.  It is a good dvd.  And very cheap, under $10.  SO if you consider doing a dvd I high;y recommend that one.

I woke up this morning to snow!!!!:::::(((((((  I was so down!!!  But it is all melted practically.  SO things arn't so bad.  I thinkI am going to walk tomorrow which is my day off.  Just because of all the sitting around I did while helping out the older couple.  Hope everyone continues all the good work!!!!!!!!!  I tell you all, whether you like it or not, how it goes with my down mood.  If it goes away.  I can't very well wncourage others if I am not doing to well my self.

And I want to say this- Olivia, I am SSSSOOOOO glad you are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and feeling better.  And I gaurentee that everyone else feels the same.  You got us into this and we want to see you get through it too!!!!!!!  We appreciate it!!!!

I have to make this super quick!!!  I got called away to help an elderly couple he just had surgery.  SO I will be able to weigh in, they have a scale.  ALthoug I have no idea how long I will be there so I don't know when I will be able to post my weight.  SO no matter what I will get it on here sooner or later.  Good job on those who have lost and hope everyone else has a loss too!!!!!!!!!  Keep it up.  Oh and my mom came home with dounuts!!!  And I stayed away from them!!!!!  HURRAY!!!!!  Talk to you guys later!!!!!!!  Wish me luck with the weigh in.  I feel confident!!!!  I just hope I don't gain any weight while over there.  The feel bad for turning down something thing!!!  And no exercize!!!  OHHH NOOO

Well......today was awesome, I feel so good!!!!  THis morning I got up and asked my mom, who is a very sick woman.  she has spine and neck problems.  If she wanted to go with a walk with me.  And whe said YES!!!!!!  She was feeling good today and so she came with me.  And although I had to go a lot slower for her and not walk as far, it still made me feel wonderful.  Hopefull she is able to keep it up.  I will be more than hapy to make that sacrafice.  But that isn't all of it.  Like two months ago I convinced her to go on the diet with me and she, reluctantly, agreed.  Well since then she has lost 17 pounds.  Well I haven't measured her in a while and guess what.  She lost 11 1/2''!!!!  I was so happy for her.  With being chair ridden most the day.  SO after the walk I came home and ate a little snack and went for a bike ride.  And I finally doubled what I have been wanting to!!!  So I got in a very good workoout there.  And the hills killed!!!!!!!  Oh my!!!  SO by the time the bike ride was over it was lunch time.  Which is a good thing because I was very shaky.  Then after lunch and an episode of "what not to wear", I love that show!!!!, I did an hour of pilates.  So today was very productive!!!!  And all week I have staying right at my calorie limit of just under.  SO that is wonderful.  I can't wait to have that ice cream on Sunday!!!!  I think I will have someone stand there and monitor me to make sure I don't go over board.  THere are 4 different kinds in that freezer begging me to come visit them for ever!!!!

So to reward myself I sat down and watched The Phantom of the Opera, without the yummy munchies!!!! yay!!!! 

Oh...I might not be able to post my weight until Saturday morning.  Because I might not see the scale until friday night.  Which means there is going to be snacks everywhere.  oh no.  I will stay away from them.  Because I don't want my ice cream to get jeleous!!!!!  SO I will still weight in on friday but will more that likely post it saturday. 

wickedsis!!!!!  good job on the weight loss!!!!!!!!  Don't worry about it, you lost 6 lbs!!!!  And yeah don't blame you for being happy.  That just means you can go shopping!!!!

immom- sorry you were feeling bad the other day.  And glad yo are feeling well enough.  Hope you were able to get in your run!!!!  And good job with the loss!!

one more wuick thing.  TOday I had water instead of crystal light in forever!!!! I am so happy.  Its just in the winter who wants to drink a glass of freezing cold water( that is the only way I will drink it, with tons of ice) when it is -20 degrees outside!!!!!  So that is my excuse.  But just wanted to anounce that!!!  lol

hey everyone!!!  Well I am dissapointed in myself.  I did good on my eating but I was only able to do the hour pilates.  No walking and no biking of any sort, well except around the house of course.  The day was so gloomy and damp and everything!!!!!!  Tomorrow I to get in a walk and hopfully am able to double my bike ride.  Depends on the weather.  Calling for rain and snow tomorrow.  Well I might just have to brave the elements and bundle up.  Because doing just the pilates today makde me feel really discouraged.  But tomorrow is a new day.  Ans things didn't work out for my "sneak peek" :((  So I will have to wait for friday after all to see if I have lost.  :(((((

Olivia, so glad you are starting to feel better!!!!  Hope you are back and rolling soon!!!!

lemntwist- sorry bout the bad day.  Wow that is a lot of calories.  But I would of done the exact same thing.  I always feel so bad turning people down, then I feel so much worse for eating it.  That cake sounds so good.  Makes me think of the ice cream in my freezer!!! oh no!!! must wait till Sunday!!!!!  And my pie!!!!  Oh well just all the better it will taste if I wait and do lose those two lbs!!!!

Well I just got done with my hour polates.  Wow that kicks my butt!!!!!  Got a late start cause I was laying around this morning.  Its gloomy outside so my mood feels the same way.  But I did it anyways.  I have been so sore this week so far.  But that just makes me want to do more, which causes me to be even more sore.  Its a never ending cycle.  I am about done with my period so hopefully all the extra weight will be down for todays sneak peek weigh in.  I am so nervous and anxious at the same time.  I know I must of lost something.  And today I will have to go with walking on the treadmill instead of outside. :((  It is damp and windy and we had our first t-storm of the new season!!!!!  So it is still to iffy about going out side.  But I will still walk.  I don't know if I will be able to ride my bike.  I think that will have to be an exercize bike. :(( hate it. 

stephiepops- sorry you are not feeling well.  I wish so bad that cake wasn't fattening!!!  Cause it sure does help!!!!!  Good job resisting though!!!!!

amaresmom- good job doing your bike again!!!!  And I need to get some resistence bands too.  Tell me how they work for you!!!

jess- loved the poem!!!!!!  That cracked me up.

kimanne- Yeah it does matter more than the number.  My stomach is getting toi were I can see the difference and I can start to see the lining of abs!!!!!!!  So exciting.  Now we have ice cream.  But since Sunday is my reward day I will have to wait till then.  And I will only have half a cup.  Hope that isn't too bad.  Well I guess not since I get to reward myself!!! lol

thanks for the tips.  wow I heard that it was better,  well can't believe everything people tell you.  I did it both ways.  Microwave made them very crispy, and I dont' think there was anything left in them in the way of oil or grease.  And when I pan fried there was a lot of fat still and oil, even with soaking them up.  SO though I love to eat the fat off bacon I will keep with the microwave, just seems better.
