Vegetarian Where can I buy vegetarian foods? Feb 25 2008

I shop at whole foods, kroger, trader joes, or publix. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are health food stores, so options are unlimited. Kroger and Publix have a small organic/vegetarian section where I live, so I just buy fruits, veggies, nuts, oatmeal, rice, and other "simple as I can get" foods. Buying online may be helpful?

I eat and you could try:

Breakfast: Oatmeal (with fruit, nuts, etc.) Lunch: Sandwich (PB&J, grilled cheese, or veggies) Snack: Fruit, Veggies, Veggie Booty (similar to kale chips), nuts, etc. Dinner: Stirfry (Rice, corn, peas, broccoli, or other), taco salad (beans, cheese, lettuce, etc), pasta, mac & cheese with veggies

this meal plan should equal under 1500 calories. :)
