Are you constipated? have you been taking supplements (lots of flaxoil, or primrose oil by chance?  

 I know some people will scoff at the idea, but could it be parasites?  some holistic sources claim probably 95% of people have parasites, from unwashed produce, sushi, pets, unwashed hands, etc...and that can cause all your symptoms.

So, let's say that I say I am exteremely active.  I walk about 2.5 miles a day, do either 20 minutes of pilates or yoga every morning before breakfast, plus have at least 45 minutes of vigorous cardio every day of the week, plus 3 days of weight lifting...but my job isn't that active...

 

should I say I am extermely active, which bumps up my calorie burnage/day, and then not log my activitiy or what? because if i add activity then it increases the number, which is already higher because I say i extremely active.

 

ugh...

Ok, i'm posting a pic of me in the dress in one second under my profile.  the long sleeves and high neck is pretty hideous...all that is going, and being replaced with a sexy but not too sexy halter type that will be made from the detachable train from the original dress (my mom's mom made it) and then covered in really pretty lace.  so exciting.

Hey Ladies,

 

I'm joining your forum.  Getting married in october 08, and as of today have 11 pounds to lose.  I am going to wear my mom's dress, updated by a friend who does coutour, so i'll have a little chance to get a smaller!  anyway, just here for the love and support!

I guess I'll join this group 5000 posts in! Just found this site yesterday, and I think I'll be hooked...I have dropped and lost in the past, maxing probably around 160, and recent minimum of 134 (almost 3 years ago though). After Christmas I was back to 153 (gas) but lost a few pounds quickly in the new year with  getting away from the nasty foods.  I am around 143, and looking to get down to 130 this summer and stay there.  I am getting hitched in October!  Anyway,  I typically get between 30-60 minutes a day of moderate to heavy exercise, and another hour or so of walking, calisthenics, etc.  I also am good at eating healthy breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner.  My issue is when I get home from work/gym in the evening, i'm pooped, and hungry, and I over indulge on dinner and some red wine...religiously.  I'm looking for some support on that. It's funny because all day long every day I think about how I am not going to do it tonight, but by the time I make it home in the evening the resove is gone. guess I need another way to unwind!
