Granola is like peanut butter. It is high in cals but has a high fullness factor. mix a half a cup of granola with cup skim milk. Its about 280 cals but I never get hungry in the morning when I have granola for breakfast |

I have a question for lunaripyros if you put on weight quickly can you lose more then 1% of your body fat a week? Let say you gain 25 pounds in 3 monthes does that mean you can lose it at the same rate. |

Well the jean test is the best way to know if you are gaining fat. According to those calculaters a body builder is over weight or even obese. You are probably just muscular. I am the same weigh i was 2 years ago and i am a size smaller. |

Think of it this way. If you do 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week thats 900 calories a week burned by excirse alone. over a month its a pound over a year its 12lbs. So it speeds up the weight loss process. but it is easy to eat 300 calories of food. So diet is the most important part of weight loss. |

so you have lost about 2lbs a week which is a pretty good pace. I think you should keep doing what you are doing. Setting goal days for when you want to hit a certain weight can make you a little nutty I am speaking from previous expirence. You could lose that much weight by june but as long as you are trying to lose weight and are losing some weight that makes you successful dieter. If you are working out and gaining muscel you are speading up for metablism, but musle does not slow the weight lose proccess but makes the scale not the best indicatore for weight loss. So now I am rambling you probably cant lose that weight that fast. But you have lost 13lb dont change I thing about your program you are doing a great job. |

Are you watching your portions. measuring food out instead of eyeing it can really help with portion control. which could help you lose weight. |

kraft has a lite peanut butter in smooth and crunchy, but I would check the ingredients there may be a lot of fillers. You should probably invest in an natural peanut butter that has no added sugar. Smuchers has a good one. |

hey your problem is that you dieted to lose weight. You didn't change your life style or if you did you need to do more. Losing weight is only half the battle you need to change the way you eat and think about food to make the result last. I hope I am not coming off to harsh, but this is the truth. |

It isn't your place to speak up. Both of these girls have parents and if everyones noticed there weight loss so will there parents. The only thing that will result in you talking to them is them getting angry and lashing out. You can't do anything. You confront them about it they will just get more sneaky about it. They need rehab or a reconciler. A lot of girls with ed don't want to get better. That why an intervention needs to be held by parents. I know this is hard to hear. But it is the truth. |
