Hm... This morning I did my weigh in and I haven't gained or lost anything - my weight is exactly the same as last time! Undecided  Then again, I did have a bit of an 'indulgent' week. Oh well. How did everyone else do?

I couldn't resist chocolate! :-|

Breakfast: Grapes, sliced pear, homemade raisin bran muffin

Lunch: Strawberries, more grapes, chocolate cupcake + icing :( 

Snack: An orange

Dinner: Mixed salad (tomato/cucumber/lettuce/petit pois/radish/carrot), pasta with spicy vegetable sauce and beans, diet coke

Probably something else later... That's 1150 kcal so I shouldn't eat too much more.

wallcow - I know what you mean, I'm do long-distance running as well and often when I get back I'm so starving hungry I 'just have the one cookie' - you can guess where I'm going with this! But I find it helps if you have a bit of fruit (bananas are great) or just a small snack about 1/2 hour before you run, and then a snack afterwards, but that's just me. It does stop me from splurging though!
Anyway, I lost 1.6 kilos in the past 5 days  :)   v pleased

I'm a bit nervous because of the weigh-in tomorrow! :(   I know I've been pretty good with sticking to the plan (so far), but at the same time I have this feeling that I will have gained. Just paranoia I guess! I'll tell you guys how it goes.

breakfast: innocent smoothie, 2 slices of pineapple

lunch:  wholegrain seeded bagel (186 kcal), 2oz grapes

snack: plain tortilla crisps, more grapes

dinner: pasta with broccoli, tofu, cherry tomatoes, garlic, zucchini and other veggies

That only came up to 800 kcal so I'd better have some more

3 hours mucking out horses etc

Hi guys :-)

I'm 14, 5'3 (yes, I'm pretty short) and want to lose about 10 - 15 pounds, I suppose. I gained loads of weight when I ripped the tendons on the back of my legs running, and after that I had to stay sedentary for ages - I don't know how I gained so fast! Now I can exercise again (I do horseriding, swimming, running, aerobics, athletics and tennis - a bit OTT I know)  but I really would like some support. My motivation at the moment is that every 5 pounds I get a (non-food) reward, like clothes or music etc.. What do you guys do for motivation??
