i would not have survived the 1st trimester if i didnt take vitamin b-6 every night along with my prenatal vitamin. once i hit the 2nd tri i was able to stop taking the b-6. just be careful not to take too high of a dose. |

my son is under weight and doesnt like to eat much. his dietician rec. adding cheese to everything, even his veggies, give him lots of peanutbutter, add honey to things (i sometimes just make him a peanutbutter and honey sandwich), nuts are good, and i make him pudding with the instant box and 2 cups of half and half, it comes out to about 220 cals for every 1/2 cup i think. |
