Definitely ask yourself why you want to eat... as stated "Are you Hungry?" We tend to eat for so many other reasons, such as emotions and boredom. Find new activities that you can engulf yourself in, like painting, reading, scrapbooking. |

| I think it's important to find what works for you. Eating 3 small meals throughout the day is a better way to keep your metabolism going, just be careful not to underestimate how many calories are truly in each meal. I usually have a peice of fruit in the morning and soon after am hungry and have small egg white omelet for breakfast. | |||

| Log what activities you do above and beyond what is already included in your burn meter. I used the Apex system before, which is an accurate arm band to measure calories burned, and I am finding that logging activities included is making it appear I have burned more than I know to be true. Also, logging sleep helps to keep the calories burned in check. | |||

Oh, watch the liquid calories. I like water with lemon juice throughout the day and add Splenda for a sweeter treat, Crystal Light is also pretty good, but they add some sodium. |

I leave washed fruit and berries on my counter so that it's an easy snack. I also don't have junk food around I a mirror in front of my treadmill. I can see my muscles working and see the progression as I am getting stronger. |
