I switched to white cloud diapers when my kids were out of the newborn size, and I love them. I think they work better than Huggies and Pampers. As for baby food, I think it is a waste of money. It is so easy to mash up your own baby food from whatever you are making for the rest of your family. If you want to make up some food ahead of time, you can freeze it in ice cube trays. You can make up a week's supply in less than ten minutes. Baby food is sooooo expensive. You will save a ton of money by making it yourself. |

Hey guys,
Thanks for the advice. I can't wait to wear something other than nursing bras! I am getting a little bit sad about weaning Mina in a few months. It seems just like yesterday I was giving birth, now she is almost walking. I know I am nuts, but I am already thinking about baby #3. I've had miscarriages in the past, so if I get pregnant I definitely don't want to still be nursing. Anyway, we played outside for a couple of hours today, and I did some lunges and squats and push-ups. Hopefully, I will see more of change in my body if I gain some muscle. Thanks! |

Hi, I have two small children ages 2 1/2 and 10 months. I am still nursing my 10 month old about 5 times a day. According to the scale, I weigh less now than when I conceived my first child, but my body is nothing like it was. I am completely flabby. I used to exercise almost everyday before I got pregnant. I really don't know why I stopped. You are supposed to be healthy while your pregnant, but I guess I used it as an excuse to be lazy. Recently, I've encountered a bit of a problem. I've been feeling pressure not to lose more weight by my husband's family. When we go over to their house, I feel like they are force feeding me sometimes. Has anyone else encountered this problem? |

Hello This is only my second day on CC and I love it. I am still nursing my ten month old baby girl and have lost about 40lbs since her birth. I don't exercise a lot because I have a 2 year old son too. What I found that works for me is to really think about what I am eating. If I wouldn't feed it to my children, I won't eat it. You have to remember that you are nourishing your baby with the food you eat. I wouldn't recommend restricting calories at all this early is your sons development! You might be restricting his vitamin needs. Just eat foods that are healthy-lots of fruits and vegetables and drink tons of water. I have a baby carrier that I can strap my daughter on my chest. I use it when I go shopping or on a walk. You will not believe how tough it is to walk with the extra weight. Good Luck! |
