LOL.  Well I'M NOT TELLING YOU that, but that is what the article is saying. 

I mean, I know about the starvation mode thing, and that you have to eat a certain amount of calories to lose, but this is blowing my mind!

Don't forget...muscle weighs more than fat...that may account for the gain.

Hi Jon. I see you are having trouble (from your prior postings) staying on a 'healthy" diet.  I always feel that if I cut everything off at once, I fail miserably by binging and falling off the wagon so to speak.  A well balanced diet can include sweets and salts, just not daily. 

 A fish a pea diet sounds disgusting and boring. No wonder you fell off the wagon!  Try giving yourself a weekly or bi-weekly treat, in moderation of course, to keep you on track.  You can also try eating food high in fiber and protein.  Try Heart to Heart cereal by Kashi. It's yummy and filling!

You can go to your local Victoria's Secret store.  They've helped me several times (I go up and down in boob size a lot LOL).
