I was just about to post a question about this. I've been going for about a week of steadily dropping but I'm just recently putting back on a couple--one at a time. I've noticed that my calories haven't been adding up (usually close, but not all the way). CC recommended around 1800 with its projected goal date, my acupuncturist said 1800-2000 was good, but I decided to go for 1650 because that's why CC gave me when I entered my own goal date. I'm 5'8" 273 right now and I wonder if I need to increase my caloric intake. I have been working out (tennis or racquetball) 5 days a week for an hour or so. |

Original Post by mamauv2: Definitely don't get distracted by one bad day. I've been there before and giving up when I felt like I has "messed up" is what kept me down. If you have a bad day, take note but don't stress over it. Progress is gradual and all your work won't go to waste after one day. |

Original Post by aledmar: Yep, but that 210 calories is much better than 210 calories of cocoa puffs or something. At least you get some nutritional value! |

FYI- I just bought Quorn Turkey and although I don't care for meat substitutes, my husband liked it. I didn't cook it in a roasting bag, I sliced it in half, seasoned it with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and put it in the toaster oven for about 35 minutes...did the trick! |

| YES to the Chinese 5 spice! I discovered it last week and have it on my list for this week. I made stir fry as well. It was also good for dipping egg rolls. | |||
