This is because a lot of the fat on my body goes to my face.. so while the rest of my body is skinny, my face doesn't give off that "cocaine sheek" look.

But being a model, I am always going on casting calls where the other models are 5'9" + and 110 or less!

 

 

 Trust me you look skeletal! I don't want to sound like i'm having a go at you but looking at your picture you are a beautiful girl but you need to put on weight, at least a stone.

You look like a skeleton in a dress. I know it sounds harsh but i think you need to talk to someone cuz i think you might have a problem.

I hope you can see that one day.

Hi Guys,

Sorry i haven't posted in a while but i've had a really hectic week. So how's everyone doing? I'm sticking to my diet well enough not doing as much exercise as i'd like but hey.

Hope everyone is still feeling motivated, I am but it is hard when you get that hunger that just won't go away! Anyone know what i mean? Smile

So i'd like to ask everyone what their motivation is so it can spur us on again to think of that end goal.... mine personally is to be around 150lbs by July for my holidays. Can't wait to get away, sun, sea and lazy days.

Any way hope you are all ok. Stay focused and if you fall off the wagon, don't beat youself up just get back on.

glad you are all still motivated. I've been really good this week, been to the gym everyday and going again tonight. Getting food spot on as well so hopefully the lb's will start to drop off! fingers crossed... Laughing

Afternoon everyone.

Hope you've all had good weekends. So is everyone ready for weigh in tomorrow? I've been really good with my food over the weekend which i'm chuffed about, and i'm going for a walk at lunch time and off to the gym after work to burn off as many calories as possible!

Really hoping for a big weight loss this week but just a warning my time of the month has just started!!! not good timing... but hopefully it won't make too much of a difference. Sealed

resabg3 sounds like you're doing really well... can't be easy trying to lose weight and have a new born as well!

veganjada it says on the TBL thread (at the bottom of page 7 where all the results are) that you missed weigh in. Is this right?

I know why we are last cuz it says that 6 people in our team missed weigh in so that is bound to give us a disadvantage when all of team 3 weighed in and only 2 of team 2's members missed weigh in!

Oh well hopefully we'll all post our losses next week. Smile

Cheers transformation2008, I actually live in england, and yeah i tried watching it on the NBC website but it says i'm not in the right location, which sucks! so that's why i watch the australian one on youtube instead! (I wish i lived in aus!)

I weighed myself again today as i do a work weigh in aswell and i had lost 2 lbs so bring on next week!

I'm glad we are working well as a team. Thanx for all your support and encouragement team 1, especially transformation2008 & veganjada, you've been brilliant. Let's keep it up.

Totally agree with you vegan. I've got at least 3 fitness dvds, an aerobic stepper, pilates dvd and mat (actually never used!) mini weights, exercise bike and weights bench! Plus a whole bunch of fitness books that i've never fully read!

Maybe if i used these i'd be a super model by now Smile, but really I think the real reason is that at the end of the day if you're in your own house you know there are better things you could be doing! So going out to do your exercise you're not as distracted by things like your partner, the tv or food!

I've taken a leaf out of your book and started taking walks in my lunch break in stead of being stuck in front of my computer... and actually i've found out that i live in a really beautiful city, i've just never really noticed it before! So i'm going to start enjoying it.

I stayed the same weight this week but havn't been very good. But i'm totally dedicated now so next week i'm going to do really well. That's my promise to team 1.

Yes, my motivator is my holiday to France in July. I don't want to be hiding my big arms away in long sleeved tops any more, and to feel comfortable in my bikini! I was looking at the photo's from my last holiday and i looked hideous...

I've been really good today, had 840 cals so far and just my dinner to go. How's everyone else doing?

Wow 15 miles... that's wicked! those lb's will be dropping off if you keep that up!

Hello everyone,

I'm 22, 5'8" 181 lbs and would like to get to 140 lbs.

Def. feeling motivated today. Have been ill for the last few days so havn't been great on the diet and exercise but i'm focused and ready to get this done.

My main focus is to lose at least 28lbs by my holday in July I think its do-able but i'm going to have to stay focused.

I know this probably sounds sad but i find watching the biggest loser aus 3 on youtube (as i'm in england and they don't show it on tv here) a great inspiration. They've all done so well, so i think why can't i do that. The thing i find the hardest is getting up in the morning to work out! Thats tough, i love my sleep so trying to get up before 6.00 is a big issue.

Glad we've got a good group of people. Good luck everyone for the up coming week and remember the only thing stopping you from losing weight is yourself.
