Hey Ladies!

Well it has been a while for me! I have been traveling and working and getting ready for my move from the East Coast to the West Coast! I finally obtained my transfer at my job and I get to be with my busband in 12 days for good!!!!!

As far as the diet goes, I have been eating ok =)

I have not super indulged but I do indulge at times here and there.

I had not weighed myself in about 3 weeks, because honestly I did not care. People's compliments and my clothes basically falling off, were good enough for me... I weighed myself this morning and I am at 146.

I am happy I started dieting again today, so I can lose my last 11 lbs. I want to go 135.

DO not get discouraged Ladies! DOn't wait for Monday what you can start today!

Watch your fluid intake, drink water and only water... forget the diet drinks etc.

Count your calories, and if you need a trainer. My trainer is SUperman!

He is awesome and can get you good prices. If you live in the NJ area. COntact him

201-952-6570 and tell him Elizabeth recommended you... He will give you a great price! He has his own studio, so you dont have to be embarresed about working out in gym with the annoying guys or the skinny minnies next to you!

Good Morning Ladies, I will be weighing in on Monday, since that is when we weigh in at work, every Monday... so therefore, I will post my numbers then =( Hopefully they will be good)

Ladies, do not get discouraged! remember change does not happen overnight! It takes time! You can not expect to lose weight in a week of dieting...  Be patient, trust me Ladies once it comes off, the feeling is amazing! To hear people tell you, you look like you lost weight, as opposed to, "wow your getting chunky" feels so great!

If you are not losing try cutting back on some calories... eat foods that are low in calories, I find Caramel Rice cakes to be great tasting, and only 50 cals. Do not drink any juices... Only drink water... if you knew how many calories you drop by not drinking juices, you would never drink juice again! Stay away from soda even if its diet and zero calories, because it still has some sort of sugar! Hmm... what else... I am trying to think of the things I have done...

My problem with losing weight is that I am a very picky eater, and I do not like fruits or vegetables, so it is even harder to lose weight, therefore I have discovered Gerber Baby Food!!!! I know it sounds stupid... but hey it worked for me... Fruits are great for diets, and baby food is easier for me to eat...

Anyhow, those are some tips... I hope they help some of you!

Hey Everyone,

 

Tinka, I totally feel your pain, I spent all weekend with my grandmother in the hospital. She had two strokes this past week. It was her first time ever having one, so you can imagine, how crazy we were all going. She is 91, and we are very worried about her... I slept there almost all weekend, and have been stressing out like crazy.  You have to take it day by day and just by happy that she is now in a better place... My grandma being sick made me think even more about losing weight and being healthy... MY family has a history of Diabetes, and being overweight does not help that...

so definitely motivate yourself, and think that your grandma would have wanted you to be healthy and happy! Hope you are feeling better...

As for the rest of us, those that didn't lose, try harder focus on your goals ladies! Do not get discouraged, because that will cause you to get depressed and eat... Last night I went to SHop Rite and I wanted some Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies so bad... and then I thought... is it worth eating this and regretting it later? Or would I rather here people tell me that I look like I lost weight... that answered my question, right away...

Those that lost, congratualtions Ladies! Good JOb, keep up the great work!

MY weight in this morning, was as follows:

7/14 weight: 157.6

Today: 7/21 weight: 154.8

I lost almost 3 lbs, which is not bad... I am happy with it... About 7 more to go Until August 4th!

My current weight as of July 14th (yesterday) is 157.8.

I lost 8 lbs in one week! Go me! It was very hard but I did it~

22 more pounds to go!

10 more pounds by August 8th!

Let's do this!!!!!!!!!

Awww Happy Early Birthday!!!!

I am actually very happy because I weighed in at work Yesteryday and lost 8lbs!

I am down to 157.8 I need to lose 22 lbs for my goal weight, but have to have to lose 10 more pounds by August 8th!!!!

What are you at?

Hello Everyone!

I am kinda new to this~ I have never posted before, but I think talking to other people will help me with my weigh loss goal~ I also have some insight which I would love to share with everyone!

My Stats are as follows:

I am 25 years old, just turned it =)

I am about 5'5

My heightest weight was 180lbs.

Lowest weight is 144lbs

On June 1st I weighed in at 173.

Since June 1st, I am down to 165. We are doing the biggest loser club at work, and I am trying really hard to be the biggest loser =)

I just got married this past May and want to lose weight before we start planning for the babies to come =)

My WG is 135lb so I have 30 lbs to lose.

I want to lose 10 more lbs by August 8th!

I need as much support as I can get!
