I am so glad I found this thread. For me it's the exact same deal, I eat really healthy during the day, but then at night, even if I've had a big dinner I still have this urge, this unresistable craving for more... And it doesn't matter what it is really; I will eat yogurt, ice-cream, crackers with peanut butter, cheese all after each other... (Oh, and crackers with nutella are the absolute best!!!) So then I tried not having dinner, and then just snacking, but that just made it worse. What's the deal with this, is this a mental thing? And I agree, that after some glasses of wine, the urge to eat is even bigger and so hard to resist. I have been trying to lose a few kilos for months now, and eat really healthy during the day, but bingeing is just ruining everything.... |
