You have to try the pizza! But don't go to a fast food resteraunt; its just not the same. And definitely try Garret's Popcorn - you can find them downtown.

i loveeeeee cottage cheese =]

I eat 1% cottage cheese with fruit.

Here are some of my favorite combonations:

Half a cantaloupe, seeds scooped out, filled with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, topped with raisins, sliced strawberries, and granola

Half a Pita filled with cottage cheese, strawberry preserves, and sliced strawberries

A container of strawberry yogurt topped with cottage cheese, fresh berries, and granola - in a seperate cup or else it will overflow

I say definitely try the diet coke cake; I've made it into cupcakes for family gatherings and they didn't know the difference! i frosted it with a frosting consisting of almost a whole small top of whipped topping, a package of vanilla pudding, and 1 cup of milk. You can change the flavors and light versions to your liking. Angel cake is good too. A great way to serve it is with a fruit compote and whipped topping. I make fruit compote per person with 2 tsp flour, 1/8 tsp vanilla, dash of salt, 2 tbsp cold water, and 3/4 c sliced strawberries. This I microwave for 2 min. You can try subbing any fruit like cherries, apples -with cinnamon, blueberries, or whatever. Good luck! =]

thank-you as well!

today i decided to do just that and am so going to up my calories.

my greatest fear is to stun my growth, yeah and so I'm just going to enjoy. It's going to take me a while but I know I can do it. I just have to eat more. I think that was why I stayed at my 108-110 lb frame over the winter. I ate so much sweets and with my mom not being there in the morning everyday, she wasn't looking at all the sweets I was eating. But now I feel more responsible with all that's gone on in my life, and I definitely am eating more noe. And I know thats okay - more than okay its right =]

i had the exact same problem!

i totally know how you feel, and im thirteen =]

it al started fro me when I was 11 and i tried evry single deoderant out in the market

certain dri is the best thing to ever be invented! it workd, seriously. it worked for me. in as little as two weeks i started seeing a little result. but dont get discouraged it will take a while to stop but it will, you wont even realize it=]  and sometimes it comes back a little and i use lemon jucie as weird as it sounds but my grandma told me and it does work

just squeeze a lemon or lime and put the juice undr you arms - it doesnt hurt, sting, at all. keeps you fresh and non-sweaty

i used the lemon juice, and certain dri at night and certain dry a.m. every morning from walgreens

good luck! =]

Young Calorie Counters Any teenagers that are 16 and under? Mar 13 2008

Hi! I'm Cinthya and 13 years old, 14 in June. Well, food whoa. Let's see. It was always up and down. Long story but I'll try.

newborn- healthyful

as an infant- very, very chubby baby =] (to much nesquick) but the doctor always told my mom there was nothing wrong so ok

for the next few years- i look at my pictures and i see myself as pretty average but ive heard people say kind of chubby so...

binging! my mom tells me i would hide and go in the cupboards and eat all the sweets

thats my BIGGEST weakness: sweets, i could eat them all day, but no

so i kept on gaining weight and i never did anything about it, i went to the store and it was always a hastle; nothing fit right

doctor always said it was okay; he said as i grew i would lose the weight

he could've said something........

well i was always up and down then im not so sure but last year i ended up losing about 3 sizes

everyone complimented and i love it

seriously, no idea

my mom says i gave up sweets chips soda etc and ate my main meals snacked healthy

now that i think about yeah i kind of remember doing that

and i worked out a bit

(flashback of eating raisins and granola in front of the computer =])

i guess its kind of like right now but im kind of healthier now

so yes, i lost all that weight and well thing is i started eating unhealthy getting in bad habits, i ate of course but not healthy

like i had a pastry every day for breakfast and then my two other meals, sometimes skipped lunch at school, so hungry when i got home, and that was just a few weeks ago

until...i found something so obvious: you can eat alot of healthy food as oppose to a small amount of unhealthy

i had a huge perspective change these past few days

ive always loved food and love enjoying it

my grams allways say evrything in moderation

i get that now, but cc is just so amazing

its only been 2 days, but i love it and cant stand not knowing the calories in food

so yeah im 105lb at 4'11'' - seriously =] and i just want to loose the last 5lb and mantain for as long as i can living healthy and in moderation. i am confident, but not when it comes to my body - at all. i want to stop worrying about it so much.

*i agree - cc is highly addictive....

*so much more to it, complicated but i bored you enoough...=]
