If your breathing your burning. just living burns cals.  as melkor said sweating is a indication of your body temp, but it can be a good indicator of your intensity level. try using a heart rate monitor, and finding your heart rate zone.

Hmm... sounds like what you need is exercise. nothing extreme, just some long walks with some jogging thown in, or light resistance training. but eating more, and then turning around an immediately burning it off will definitely force your metabolism to get moving.

I like the idea of aliens from a carbon planet. The would eat oxygen, and burn it by breathing carbon(Backwards of all things on earth).

How would that be backwards?  Most higher level Earth life forms take in oxygen and expell carbon dioxide.

sorry i shouldn't have put that comma there. All things on earth eat carbon baced fuels( like sugars and fats), and then burn it using oxigen that they breath in.

You sound just like I did when I started CC (I"m 17 BTW). I was eating around 10% or less fat a day out of 2000 cals. well long story short it srewed up my liver, which is just now geting back to normal. I try for around 20-30% fat per day, with good fats like avocados, nuts, and alot of sesame oil.

Original Post by fatfrankieslim:

Nope your right,

I used to have a stalk of broccoli instead of rice or pasta thinking it was better but I'd rather have the carbs as they are less or just a little more calories and they fill me up better.

Broccoli - whole stalk - 98 cals

White Rice - 60g - 84 cals

Spaggetti - 80g - 126 cals

You do realaise that an "entier stalk" isn't just a floret. It's about the size of your head. If that isn't enought for 100 cals you might wanna rethink your portain sizes.

good for you, keep it up.Well... ok, maybe that is alittle exsisive(depending on you calorie needs), but it's good to eat the most in the morning: it gives you energy to burn more cal during the day, it makes your matablism start earlyer burning more cals, and if you screw up in the AM's you still have the whole day to fix it, insted of having to go to bed with extra cals in your tummy. So if you have to screw up, or have a high cal splurge do it in the morning and reap some rewards.
