You need to see a new doctor.  Yellow discard could be a sign of a bacterial or viral infection.

Take care of yourself.  Too much exercise can be harmful.  Please go see a new doctor.  An OB/GYN.

Well, only lost a total of 2.5 pounds, but still got closer to the ultimate goal.  I am with you nancster and whsthatlady for the 5 lbs by October.  Schools back in session, so having a good workout schedule will be a lot easier to stick to with my daughter on set schedule as well.  Halloween falls on a Friday this year, would love to have a party to celebrate reaching my goal of 135 lbs!  Thirteen pounds in 8 weeks!  Here we go!

Great job cosmogirl, armandleg & nancster. Whatthatlady, thanks for starting this, we will reach our goals!!!

Have a great week everyone!Laughing

tsthin;

Great link, thank you!  I just did seated ab crunches and I do feel like I am "getting away with exercising instead of working"  I work at a hot springs spa that sits on 11 acres so walking is something I can do at lunch, but I never thought of the great workouts you and do at your desk!

Thanks again!

I know that it can be totally frustrating seeing the number on the pant size not change.  Trying on clothes can be disappointing when you've been working so hard to achieve your goals, but keep in mind that you've lost 20 lbs and are getting healthy.  Your body will totally catch up with your weight loss. Keep up the great work, have the ice cream and get going again!  You will do this!  You will succeed! And those pants will look great at whatever size they are!

Welcome jennb;

This is a wonderful tool to keep things in check.  I've been a member for 3 months and love it.  I don't have too much time to chat, but I am here if you need someone to vent to who understands what you are going through.  I had a difficult pregnancy and gained about 80 lbs!  It's taken 6 years to get down to my pre-baby weight and, more importantly, get fit.  The last 15 lbs have been the most difficult to loose which is why I started using CC.  There are some great tools to help you get on track and find ways to eat healthy on a budget.

Again, welcome!  Best of luck to you.  The first few weeks are the most difficult.  I'm here if you need to talk!

Try taking L-Glutamine immediately after your workout.  I run and do circuit training four days a week and this really helps with soreness.
