I keep telling myself i am doing everything right and i cant loose weight. When in reality I skip workouts at  least 4 times a week and i eat over my calories every weekend. SO thats prolly why i cant loose.

What sucks is I gained it all so easily. I was 118 back in April. Then from April to August I gained about 10 pounds. So in 4 months I went up 10 pounds.Do you really think it will take 4 months to loose it too?

Have any of you seen that video on youtube about the 4year old mcdonalds cheeseburger? That would make you not want that kind of food real quick. BUt i personally have not experienced it.

I dont know what candy i will " ahem check" I love starburst and smarties and of course peanut butter cups. Oh I dont know about the apple thing but there was a guy years ago who put syniade(sp?) in the pixie sticks.

I would prefer the beef myself. The one i get at Wal-Mart is 96/4 and only has 130 cals for 4 oz. The ground turkey has more fat and is more calories, plus its gross lol.

My husband is 10 years older than me. And he is  OMG GREAT in bed. Thank god aunt flow left now i can ummmm well do it again! lol. But I cant say that younger are not good as I have never once in my life had sex with someone younger. I always have enjoyed older men. Now I want hubby to come home for lunch..........yeah thats it...........just lunch. grins

I am going in next week to have my thyroid tested. I have been trying to loose weight for 6 months now with no success and that is with exercise and staying within my calorie range. I am also tired and moody, almost as if i have constant pms. My periods have been irregular ever since I had my tubes done in October of last year. That was after a miscarriage in May of 07.I mean really irregular sometimes they come a month apart sometimes two somtimes 6 weeks. For the past two months I have had a constant itchy scalp and neck, other parts of my body are itchy but not nearly as bad.I even thought I had lice but that was not it. I am worried that the test will come back and i will have hypothyroidism. I dont know what that will mean for me. I do hope that if I do have it, my efforts for weight loss will finally pay off. So my question is for those of you that do have it, did you ever have a very itchy scalp and/or neck?

I posted the recipe under the title low-calorie chili. But I dont know how it taste yet, havnt made it. But its less that 130 calories for one cup.I dont really use Lauras 96% lean ground beef but it was the closest to what I use. The one I use is 10 calories lower per serving.Its wal-marts 96% lean ground beef.130 cals per serving.I am trying to play with it to get the grade to an A.Its a C right now it says because of high sodium. Maybe its the Rotel thats doing that, I'm not sure. I wonder how much makes it high? Any ideas?

I actually took some yesterday because i heard it can help you feel more energetic and it did. BUT that also made my mood swings a LOT worse I would go from being really pissed one minute to being really sad that next. Granted it is TTOM but I am thinking it increased those emotions. shrugs not sure though. It sure as hell did not curve my appetite. Heck I was crying when I ate the sandwich and candy that made me go over my calories. shakes my head.. I really hater aunt flow.

I used to feel that way. Not sick ever but I felt it was immoral. But now that I have been with a woman. Well I enjoy them. YesI am married and no my husband was not involved but I did truly enjoy being another woman. I see nothing wrong with it. And futhermore IF a couple both aggreed on having sexual relations as in a threesome I dont see an issue there either. Different strokes for different folks as they say. But if it make you feel that way  I would think it would be safe to assume that you are not bi.

my bad i did not even read the article the post i made was in reguards to what someone had said about sex before me. I am not saying men only cheat when there is a lack of sex. But what I am saying is that a lack of sex can lead to cheating not just with men but with women too. It is just that men "see" sex differently than women do. I think most women will agree with that. But I suppose I am talking up a whole different topic here.lol.
