i have used some metaba thing off ebay, first diet pill. stupid choice, was rubbish wich i expected aha trying some colon cleanse with acia berry at the moment, any one else tried acia berry? what was it like for you? |

hey everyone i was at 143 i am now 124.5 so i just fit into this group :) and i havent seen any topics on this either, but im not really on the forums much, im mainly on here to count my cals im hoping to drop another 10lbs and then stop :) |

thanks ive read about upping calories before but is there like a slow way you can do it? so i dont end up jumping to the full amount straight away and feeling like my stomachs gonna burst i do eat healthy already, i guess just not enough by what you's are saying. i used to work out 20mins 5 days a week, but had to stop cus where decorating, would that help with upping my cals? |

hey everyone, i didnt complete my diet plan :( stupid stress from school but i lost 1lb, im now 133. my weight keeps going between 131 and 133, still hoping to get to 130 very soon :@ my pills havent come through yet either, they were ment to take up to 2 weeks to come cus its from a different country, this will be the 3rd week i think, fingers crossed they dont take much longer (yn) x |

twice a day sometimes more! i know thats not good, but it kinda sets my mood and outlook on what to eat for the day and weigh myself at night to know wether ive done a good job or not

hey everyone im doing well on my diet plan second day and i havent gone off it to snake or eat more meals im so happy so far :) but im stressed out about my art exam hopefully ill stick to my plan and wont be long til i reach another 5 lbs lost :) ill write back when im 130lbs 3 lbs to go! |

hey, im 16 and hoping to loose weight im in year 11 currently taking my GCSE's, bummer.
d.o.b - 4/1/93
im always hoping to get all C's and above in my gcse's im actually taking, but im worried about my english cus i didnt do one of the main tests. but i got a B in my coursework so hopefully that will make up for it :) im hoping to reach 120 by march? i just got to stay motivated! but at the moment im on my period, and well.. you all know what thats like haha good luck everyone! |

hey i havent been keeping up with this very well im now 16 and weighing 134lbs i was 131, but then i came on my period, and well you know what thats like ahaha im hoping to get back on track next week :)

i do walk alot a heal of alot. i walk to school, round my school, home from school. 40 min walk to the train station at night. and the 40 min walk back home later and i walk round alot were ever i do in the day |

ive found eating every 12 hours helps cause you know you dont eat when you sleep and you always wake up feeling thinner in the stomach :) or 6 hours is good to start with if you cant do 12 :) |
