i want to join.im 20 yrs old 5'3 165 .i have struggled my whole life with this weight issue .im trying to lose the weight the healthy way ,but i need lots of motivation. i want to lose around 15 pounds these 3 months coming up .thats my short term goal .my ultimate goal is to be 125-130. i really would likelose the  weight by the summer. : ) my biggest concern is the exercise im kind of lazy and the cravings for the sweets ! : (

i heard that meat is protein therefore i will gain mass and i would not be able to lose weight ... question is ..should i stop eating chicken breast ?which i love.. : (

i woke up early in the morning and walked for 45 min but sadly i just burned 140 calories ( estimate ) wow i have to increase my exercise...

u should be proud because they are pplz like me that do not like going to the gym at alll. i wish i would wake up everyday and go exercise my fat offf... gud luck u are an inspiration

well usually wen i start losing weight people noticed but the secondary effects are that i start eating more... why??? because im thinking i could eat this because im losing weight lol
