breakfast: apple, clementine

Lunch: wrap with laughing cow wedge, red onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, sweet chilli sauce :)

Dinner: chicken breast, homemade potato wedges, small side salad

Snack: fage 0% mixed with frozen summer berries with a cadburys flake sprinkled over..yum :)

but i only put on the weight from eating loads of pizza and fries and that kinda crap..so shouldn't it haven't been easier to lose again?

I'm glad it's not just me! I'm still eating white bread though :s although I am trying to cut down on carbs as much as the dining hall allows

narfblast: I'm finding that my meals are just filling me up so much more! I'm still eating a normal lunch but then I'm not hungry by my usual dinner time, which is annoying because since I'm in college I either have to eat then or not at all!

xraygal: I'm on day 12 now :) I'm still tempted if I see sweet stuff, particularly cookies lol, but not craving them like I used to :)

thanks for the advice, just trying to eat well does sound like a good idea. but i'd still kinda like to know why i haven't any weight in the 3 months+ i've been eating at a deficit?!

im pretty sure im not overexercising, i only have time to go to the gym like once a week, and i dont feel particularly stressed! my body fat isnt really low, like 18% i think...
