breakfast: apple, clementine Lunch: wrap with laughing cow wedge, red onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, sweet chilli sauce :) Dinner: chicken breast, homemade potato wedges, small side salad Snack: fage 0% mixed with frozen summer berries with a cadburys flake sprinkled over..yum :) |

but i only put on the weight from eating loads of pizza and fries and that kinda crap..so shouldn't it haven't been easier to lose again? |

I'm glad it's not just me! I'm still eating white bread though :s although I am trying to cut down on carbs as much as the dining hall allows narfblast: I'm finding that my meals are just filling me up so much more! I'm still eating a normal lunch but then I'm not hungry by my usual dinner time, which is annoying because since I'm in college I either have to eat then or not at all! xraygal: I'm on day 12 now :) I'm still tempted if I see sweet stuff, particularly cookies lol, but not craving them like I used to :) |

thanks for the advice, just trying to eat well does sound like a good idea. but i'd still kinda like to know why i haven't any weight in the 3 months+ i've been eating at a deficit?! |

im pretty sure im not overexercising, i only have time to go to the gym like once a week, and i dont feel particularly stressed! my body fat isnt really low, like 18% i think... |
