I joined CC in March 2008 with a start weight of 207 lbs. Five months later - I'm now down to 177 lbs!!! My goal weight initially was 165 lbs.

I'm going for the gusto now though and I want to be ~150 lbs by Christmas with an OFFICIAL 6-PACK! Wish me luck!Wink

I've been on a strict meal plan since March and CC helps me track my calories, weight loss, and keep realistic goals. It's wonderful!  - Shelly

Thanks for the welcome vegetariangeek! Consistency works best for me - I just have to stay on it. I joined a 6 week training boot camp to help - if I'm paying I'm going, lol!

For me my weight gain (2x) always came with a serious relationship, lol! All of the eating out and spending 24/7 together - which resulted in more food and of course desserts - and also more time away from the gym. However, after 4 years of my current serious relationship and weight gain, loss, gain, and loss again - I'm focused now! He even does my meal plan with me (of course almost 2x the calories though).

meaganismyname - Try bringing snacks to work. I only work 8 hours but I still eat every 3 hours. I have a food drawer at work full of nutrigrain bars, ziplocs of cheerios, animal crackers, and even 90 calories snack packs of popcorn. I tell you those nutrigrain bars carry me a LONG way too! Wink

Try that and you should be able to eat modestly when you get home at 9pm.

I'm definitely in! I have exactly 28.8lbs to lose but when I hit 25lbs the rest should be a breeze, lol!

5'8'', 63% muscle, &  37% fat

SW: 207

CW: 193.8

GW: 165

I have a trainer and should be fine as long as I can stick to my meal plan and keep my sweet tooth in check!

My birthday is in July too - so let's go!Cool

Hi everyone! I'm still pretty new to CC (been on a bit over a month now). I'll be 29 this summer - whew! I'm 5'8'' with about 25 pounds to lose to get back to my college physique. I've lost 13 pounds in the last 7 weeks - so I'm pretty sure I can do it. I've always eaten pretty well but portions were always my problem - I'm doing 100% better now though and I workout 5 days a week. So all that being said - I hope to meet my goal by July, wish me luck! Smile
