No, this site actually does and it factored in my activity level. On your home tab on this site it'll tell you both your BMR and calorie goal |

I found a couple of 5lb weights in the garage that I can use, but I'm waiting till I figure out HOW I want to use them...or better how I SHOULD use them. With doing such a small amount of weight is it possible to see any definition at all? Also, do you have to lose all the weight before seeing any difference? Since like the muscle is hidden under the fat? (obviously, I have no clue what I'm talking about - lol) |

I cheked that website someone posted and put in my weight and distance run and it was only a 2 calorie difference from what my treadmill said...so I guess that's a good thing! |
