No irshmum I was not looking for someone to say it is a good idea and no i don't want to try it.  I simply wanted to discuss it as i had never seen or heard of it before....thanks for judging me before you knew me thought because lets be honest with me being over weight that has never happened before.  shanna

NO I was not looking for justification.  I just thought it was a topic worth discussing.  I will refrain from posting such a horrible thing again as it has semmed to have ruffled a bunch of feathers not to mention my own.  I did not post it to ruin mine or any one elses day, just thought it was a different topic for discussion.  I get tired of seeing the same threads all day long. Well you have obviously missed the point.  I don't think that discussing something should be a violation.  I think people should be free to talk about what they want.  I never said I wanted to try the chewing and spitting, it was just something I had never saw and I wanted to start a discussion about it.  If you all are so concerned about the people who do have this problem than maybe you shouldn't have shut down the topic.  Who are any of you to say that there wasn't some one out there that may have been able to use this thread as an out reach for help.  I feel it was very judgemental on all of your parts.  Just because one person posted for this reason or another posted for that reason doesn't mean that I had the same reasons.  Instead of jumping to conclusions that I must be considereing it  maybe some one should have asked.  As you can see by my picture I enjoy eating very much.  I guess this is where we will have to agree to disagree.  shanna

Yeah well there might be people out there that say "chewing and spitting, i never thought of that" but there are also a lot of people out there that might be doing it and would like to hear others opinions and advice on the issue.  I have seen several threads that have been a lot worse.  I have never seen CC shut down a thread that says "oh i and 5'7 and weigh 120 lbs and i just can't loose any more!".  To me that is just as serious of a problem,that some one with those stats feels that they still need to loose weight.  But the fact of the matter is everyone is able to voice the same opinion over and over again and this was no different.

If i were you i would keep a small tablet with me for a couple days and writed down abselutely everything you do including sleeping and breastfeeding.  Then after a couple of days enter it in to the activity log.  I bet you are burning a lot more calories then you are eating causing you body to think it is starving. ( i know it is hard to believe but it is true).  So if that is the case then you have two choices....eat more or back down on your exercise routine.  Just my opinion but if you try it please send me a message and let me know if I was right.  Good Luck!!

try homemade stir fry without the oil it is super low cal i put the recepie on here early....also popcorn is  a great snack...

i am so excited to try it my mom said you cant even tell the difference and i love spaghetti and i tried to cut the calories by using turkey burger but it was nasty...thanks

I am not and have never been a ceral eater but recently i tried one not only did i pick a healthy one but i switched to skim milk and i hate milk to......but actually it was really good and so i preportioned the box of ceral out and at one serving each day for breakfast.....i really like it alot and it is special k with strawberrys yummy

well i found lowfat sourcream that is only 20 calories a tblspn and i made homeade ranch dip out of it which doesn't add that much and when i made tuna one day i used a tablespoon of that and mustard....it was yummy

also,.....when ever i eat cottage cheese i eat lettuce under which doesn't take away any calories but it helps fill me up more

I understand that you want to be good but i have to say this....splurge on superbowl day......i know i might cause my team (go colts) finally made it.  I am going to eat light all day ...veggies and fruit...that way i have plenty of room to snack that night!!!! GO COLTS WOO HOO!!!!!

oh...well almost every popcorn i check is about 35-40 calories for a popped cup even the new cheddar pop that pops up cheezy...now that stuff is really good you should try it future.

ok well i started in july at 230 and got down to 204 at one point.  I quit for the holidays and am starting back up as of the second.  I have probably gained about 10 lbs back but i am ok with it because now i know how to take it back off.  I don't have any plans to weigh for a couple months because I want to make sure when i weigh I am back down to where i was when i stopped for the holidays.  Shanna

faux.....don't be afraid of the scarring....if you get a good dr with good history you should be fine i had my surgery 5 years ago and hardly have any scars at all....good luck all!
