Thanks so much for the input it's just with regular activity I tend to get rather thin and I'm not restricting my intake I just kept losing weight. I'm going to be see a ob-gyn soon so perhaps I will talk to her about any concerns I might have. I'm 19 by the way I suppose I should of mentioned that. |

| New Members | Does anyone need to work at eating there 1800-2000 calories a day or is it just me? | Apr 19 2008 04:25 (UTC) |

I did at first but I just write down a menu for the next day of what I'm going to eat and have an estimate of how many calories each meal will be. I find that by eating six times a day it's really not all that hard. I used to skip breakfast all the time becuase I just was not hungry either. But I started slowly by eating something light, I suggest oatmeal. And soon I started getting hungrier in the morning and was able to eat a little more! |

Okay thanks so much! I was worried that I would be consuming too many calories and gain weight, I'm 5'7 weigh 123-124 lbs and decided that 1800 calories would be good. Or is that too much? |

I suggest warm milk with a tsp of honey and if you use 2% thats about 160 calories right there. How many calories are you looking to fill? |

I'm a stanch believer in the everything in moderation. You go ahead and have your honey buns once in awhile just make sure to have a healthier lunch and dinner. |
