oat bran, flax seed, cinnamon, soy milk powder (doesn't taste very good though), raw honey, natural peanut butter and some raw recipes. |

i have ibs and bloating is really uncomfortable. so, i tried food groups combination whenever i eat. for example, starch shouldn't be combine together with protein. vegetables and fruits should be eaten before protein. try to do some research about it. ow try not to drink coffee or tea right after any meal as this drinks contain caffeine. hope this helps u a little. i hate it when my jeans get tight around the belly too. |

hi! oooh... i thought i was the only one. i think you are building muscle. i gained a kilo since i started joining the gym. before this, i go jogging for at least 1 hour every 2 days. i got bored of jogging so i tried the gym. i weighed myself and the scale went up. i thought i gained weight because of eating but no. i took out my measuring tape and yeah, they're still pretty much the same, except for firmer butt and thighs. don't worry so much. enjoy your life. the scale isn't everything :o) |

granny smith gala apples carambola capsicum plums (which i have frozen.. delicious) limes apple cider vinegar and my own peanut butter, applesauce & chocolate chunk (made it myself for snacking =P )

ow yes. i was one of the fat kid in school since kindergarten. not obese just overweight til i was 15 years old. then i started starving myself, and lose some weight along the way by not eating rice anymore. and i still remember, when i was 16, i got a really bad gastric. in school, boys didnt really talk to me unless they want answers for their exams n stuff... and boys always talked to pretty skinny girls, not me hehe.. and now i'm way thinner... things change.. a big difference... which makes me wonder... do people really jugde u by your looks? if u r hot n sexy, u will get everything nice... but if u r fat or whatever, u wont get all the nice treatments... |

hey. i had the same experience like yours too for about a week. i couldn't stop eating and got so bloated. if u feel like taking a bite out of something, maybe it's because you are craving for something, look out for the flavor, is it sweet, salty, sour, spicy? i realized that when i put food in my mouth even when i am full, it's because i was craving for certain flavor of foods and u tend to eat a lot cos u r looking for that taste. my series of eating-even-when-i'm full stopped after i ate what i really wanted, which was stg spicy and sweet. hope this helps. |

but this morning i just had a tbsp of peanut butter, figs, a handful of dried fruits and now i'm drinking soymilk with ovaltine... this is confusing. stupid? not. i know what i am going thru, tot this forum was suppose to be a support...pfft..not.

oh yea. felt the same way too. usually when i feel like i need to exercise or stg, i just do some crunches and squats, felt much better after doing so. :D |
