Oh god I LOVE that movie! So much, you don't even understand... but anyways. It seems like an awful lot of what I would consider to be good movies are on here. Like, movies more than 10 people would willingly consent to view.  Although I think I saw somewhere on here Tremors? So awful, but I loved 1,2, AND 3...possibly the worst acting and special effects ever.

I'll try and drink a TON of water, just to see if its a craving or actual hunger that I'm feeling.

Try substituting something else too...like if what you really want is some salty potato chips, go for something else kinda salty but better for you like a handful of almonds.

And I like what gadzooks said-try getting online and look for a low cal low fat option! Most of the time when I start doing that I can distract myself from feeling hungry anyways...of course then when you find a really good recipe you need to actually make it haha.

Congratulations!! Thats awesome  =)

Just curious, but how tall are you?  I'm aiming for 120 and I'm 5'6" (only 5 pounds left!) Of course, I want to get more toned as well and I think that will help a lot.

Also, how did you lose 19 lbs in less than 2 mos? Thats way more than I've been losing!

Peanut butter chocolate chip? I'm sold =) My friend has been singing the praises of vitamuffins for a week now so it's good to hear that they're worth it.  I'll have to look for them sometime.

Oh wow yeah I used to have an otis spunkmeyer muffin with lunch EVERY DAY until our school got rid of them. They're so good but so BAD.

Recently a friend of mine told me to get vita muffins, because they're healthier, but you had to order them online or something.  Has anyone ever heard of those before? And are they any good??

sketchbookbirds- I totally agree! One of my faves.  I'm a pretty frequent visitor to Jason's, if you can't tell  =)

pudpie- It's so true...a salad, how could that be unhealthy?! But it all kinda adds up. I guess we're both going to have to be more observant in the future!

feanor- I'm usually not an obsessive calorie counter, I was just kind of disappointed I guess. You're right, I should just pay more attention to whats high calorie.  It does make a lot of sense about calories in nuts when you put it that way! It's just annoying because I LOVE nuts, any kind.  And they just feel like they should be healthy! Well, they are healthy...just not low-cal.

i definitely agree about the broad shoulders and being tall. i just like guys who look like they could protect me if needed. not that i'm a wilting damsel in distress, its just nice to be held by someone really big and strong  =)

but the weirdest thing? necks. i don't know why but i have a neck fetish! i think its so sexy when guys turn their head and you can see the muscle...not weird bulky muscle but...okay haha this sounds really strange, its just something my eyes kinda gravitate to if i'm talking to a guy. 

um i'll have to agree with the ryan phillipe comment, also...!

Today, at least, was Dragonforce, all the way. The song Soldiers of the Wastelands, esp.

Or anything by Three Days Grace...really anything that has a hard beat to it that keeps my attention.

Remixes of anything work really well because of the beat, at least for me. Gets your heart rate up and your mind pumped.  =)

I'm 17, 5'6", 125 pounds and I'm JUST now fitting in a size 5... =)

I'm pretty sure I couldn't get into a 3 even if I lost 20 pounds though just because of my hipbones...they're pretty wide.

Jabbawockeez, I'm sure. I think over all more people will like them for their style, they're just really cool in everything they do. I really love kaba modern though. It'll definitely be the two of them in the finals!

YES! I'm addicted to this show.  Kaba Modern and Jabbawockeez are amazing, breaksk8 (sorry if I murdered the names) has gotten really good too.  I so wish I could do half of what they can.  I have absolutely no coordination though, so me dancing could get dangerous... o.O

Haha...that reminds me, a few months ago I felt so sure it was that time...and I thought, heck, why not have some kind of comfort? So I completely pigged out, and I mean I pretty much tore the pantry apart. Like I was eating ice cream and half a pizza and like a whole box of fiddle faddle in one day (LOVE that stuff!)  Anyways, as it turned out I wasn't even really due for another week and by the time it was all said and done I'd gained about 3 pounds over one week, no joke.  I've never had a binge like that before, and hopefully never again!

All horror stories aside, I completely agree with all this.  You can always make it up later, and even though I felt kinda stupid after that week, it was pretty nice having one week of "vacation."  Afterwards, I got right back on track and have been losing ever since.  =)

Oh this is perfect for me  =)  I am 5'6", started at 140 and am now 126.  I lost all that weight through mostly dieting, but at this point I'd like to start exercising more to get toned and slim down my thighs and rear.  I've been doing about 1200 calories a day (VERY roughly) but last night I went up to 1600 over indulging in pizza...I'm trying to look at that as a treat for my hard work! 

I think this thread is great, I really need any motivation to work out I can find!  I'm not sure how great I'll be at it but hey, I'm trying...=)
