I remember that old lady that spilled McDonalds coffee on herself some years back. I believe she got somewhere in the area of 4 million dollars. If I had known at the time you could sue for something that stupid I would have dumped some hot coffee on myself and right now I would be on the beach not sitting at work. :) |

I like to use steps and weights. I usually work out on them for 45 min to an hour. Burns lots of calories and is so exhausting. |

I work out for approx an hour and a half every day and last night even though I swear I could have fell asleep on the couch, I went to bed and was up for a long time. I woke up several times throughout the night. I am sore, I have a blister on my foot, but I still want to work out today. I work out 5-6 days a week usually taking Saturday and/or Sunday off. I remember back in the days of cross country and track we worked out 6 days a week and took Sunday off. So I think you should have at least one day to recover and if you are that exhausted it is ok to have another. You would still be working out 5 days which is awesome! |

My brother had two kidney stones a couple of years ago and I took him to the hospital. The doctor who helped him said to prevent getting them in the future, limit the amount of pop you drink and always drink lots of water. |

Alcohol is one of mine too. I also love any kind of chip...thats why I cant keep them in the house. I can eat an entire bag and not even realize it. |
