Sorry so late ladies, my scale wasn't working.  Its now all fixed.  I jumped on the scale this morning and it was 136!!!  Woohooo!!!

Good evening ladies...sorry so late.

Could be better.  I wasn't able to work out three days this week and to top it off, I got my period today!  So I'm hoping after a few says, a couple pounds of water weight will come off.  I'll try to be good this weekend, since I have two birthday parties to go to.  I'm gonna have to hit the gym or hit the pavement!

***I thought weigh-ins were on Friday....okay, I've got a couple more days .  I'll update my weight on Monday.

Good morning.  I was not able to weigh in on Friday...way too many activities for Halloween.  Unfortunately, with all the treats and gatherings, I did gain a pound.  I am at 135.  Hopefully, I can get on track for Friday.  I was not able to work out on Friday and Saturday.  I did manage to do an hour of cardio on Sunday.  So back to my regular routine!!!  Hope everyone is doing great!

Hi everyone!.  After recovering from pink eye and a cold, I am doing much better.  I worked everyday except today.  I am at 133.  Down one pound.  Hey, that's fine by me.

Hey everybody, sorry I haven't checked in.......I actually had "pink eye" and a cold on top of that.  My daughter's school had a break out.  My daughter did not catch it, but I did.  Go figure.  As of today, I am at 134.  I think that's about 1 pound up from last week, but I couldn't work out as of last Thursday so I think I did pretty good.  I'm cleared to go back to work tomorrow.  Finally, I was getting stir crazy!!!!!  I got to find the time to catch up on everyone's posts!!!!!!  I'll be better.........

Good morning everyone!.  It's 7:29 a.m. here in Honolulu, HI.  I am at 133.  I managed to workout every day this week.  I did a circuit class on Monday.  I ran on Tues and Thurs (3.5 mi), and Wed did some cardio and weights.  I plan to hit the gym afterwork and do a little cardio and more weights.  I try to do a quick full body workout that I learned from a trainer a few years ago.  My gym is about a block from my office.  I finish work at 4pm, head on over to the gym by 4:10.   Work out until 5 to 5:10 then rush on over to my daughter's preschool (5 minutes away) and pick her up by 5:30 p.m.  I've got no time to to fool around or else I have no workout time at all.

Hi, I'd like to join up with this group.  I am a 37 y.o. female.  I am 5 ft 1 in and currently at 133.    I am married and have a 4 y.o. daughter.  I work full time as a probation officer.  I work out 5 times a week.  I do cardio machines for 45 to 60 minutes, I also do quickie circuits 2-3 times a week, and I try to run 3 - 4 miles 2x a week.  I average between 1400-1500 cals a day.  I started out at 148.  I found this site and started calorie counting and was able to get down to 135.  I've been at that number for a couple months.  I finally got down to 133.  I'd like to get down to 120, but ultimately, I'd like to get down to 115.  So, hopefully with this group, I'll be able to lose more and gain some friends.

You'll probably need a heart rate monitor to know how many cals you are actually burning during an exercise.  In 30 minutes, I can burn up to 300 cals on the treadmil, but I am doing hills.  You could easily burn about 400 in an hour of steady state running, but to more accurate, you need a heart rate monitor.  Don't go by the monitors on the treadmil.  There about 100 cals off for me.  Hope this helps.

I started out at 148 and was able to get down to 134.  I've been maintaing at 134/135 for the past month.  I need some motivation and accountablity to make my weight move.  I think I'll be happy at 120, but 115 would the my ultimate goal weight.

Hi all!.  I'm happy to report I am 134!.  Like finally, my weight went down. So I'm hoping will go down another pound by next week.  I'm a hoping.  This week has been better.  I worked out everyday except Thursday.  I've also been eating better.  My husband decided to try the Zone diet so I've been preparing the meals.  So maybe this diet is working for me.  I guess time will tell.  Great job everyone!!!

Okay, so I'm so late again.  I'm at 135.  No big change, but still have my TOM, so I'm hoping my weight will go down in a couple days.  I have not been paying attention to my diet this past weekend.  I don't know, but my mind was not into it and I did not work out.  I did hit the gym this morning and felt good.  I usually take a spin class here and there.  The usual instructor went to Iraq.  I loved him.  He was crazy and made us spin like crazy.  The substitute, he's okay.  I don't burn enough calories in his class so I need to do some cardio before hand.....Lets see how today goes.

Hey guys, I've been so out of it lately.... This week, I've been working out like a crazy women...I've been pulling twice a days at the gym.  Circuit/Spin class in the mornings then cardio/running in the afternoons.  Well, I did that the past two days.  This morning I did an hour on the elliptical.  This afternoon, I'll probably hit the pavement with my running partners.  Crazy I know....but Damnit, something needs to give...like my weight!!!!

July 21 - 135.8

July 28 - 137.2 I had a bad weekend.  I went to Maui and ate way too much.

Aug 4 - 136.4  I have my TOM, so that must account for something!!!!!

Aug 11 - 134  totally forgot to check in that week!!!!

Aug 18 - 136  had a bad weekend, went to a BBQ.  No body brought salad.  All they had was fried fish, jambalaya and mac n cheese...oh plus cake and my brownies....I should have brougth salad!!!!!  Shame on me

   Aug 20 - 134.....what the hell is up with that.

Aug 25 - 135.8  I keep missing the check ins.  Damnit, I'll be lucky to reach 133 by 9/1

I've been missing the Friday check ins.  Been crazy at work and haven't been able to get on, on the weekends.  At least, I bumped into my sister in law this weekend and she called me skinny!!!!!!!  That makes me happy.  I was at 135 this Friday....but this weekend, I've just been carbing out...I don't know why until I checked my calender.  I should be getting my TOM this week.....got no self control damn it!!!!!!!

Good morning everyone.  I haven't been able to check in for the past few days.  currently I am at 135...so not where I want to be.  I gained a couple pounds since last week.  I don't get it.  I worked out every day, 40 to 50 minutes of cardio including a couple circuit classes.  I haven't been eating the best, but not going crazy.  funny, when I work out like crazy, I gain.  When I take a couple days off, I lose...what's up with that????

Good morning everyone...I wasn't able to check in.  I'm in between making brownies for a BBQ and making the decision to work out or not....I better work out if I want a brownie.  Unfortunately, by weight is not where I want it to be.  I'm at 135.  Not sure if that's water weight from the french fries I had the other night or all the eating...probably both.  I do have to say I did workout every day for the past week, about 40 to 50 minutes a day including a couple circuit classes.....I just don't get it sometimes.  I work out like a crazy women and I gain.  I take a couple days off and I lose weight..whats up with that????
